【摘要】：γ-氨基丁酸(γ-aminobutyric acid,GABA)是哺乳動(dòng)物中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)中主要的抑制性神經(jīng)遞質(zhì),與焦慮、抑郁、精神分裂等多種神經(jīng)和精神疾病有關(guān)。近年來,越來越多的研究提示,抑郁癥的發(fā)生與中樞GABA功能缺陷密切相關(guān)。但目前基于單胺類遞質(zhì)失調(diào)及谷氨酸能神經(jīng)的研究較多,而對(duì)GABA的研究相對(duì)較少且比較分散。本文主要通過介紹GABA受體及其作用,以及GABA與5-羥色胺(5-hydroxytryptamine,5-HT)、多巴胺(dopamine,DA)和谷氨酸(glutamic acid,Glu)的相互作用,討論GABA與抑郁癥發(fā)生的關(guān)系,以期為抑郁癥的發(fā)生機(jī)制與治療的深入研究提供思路。
[Abstract]:緯 -aminobutyric acid,GABA (緯 -aminobutyric acid,GABA) is the main inhibitory neurotransmitter in mammalian central nervous system, which is related to anxiety, depression, schizophrenia and many other neurological and mental diseases. In recent years, more and more studies suggest that depression is closely related to central GABA dysfunction. However, there are many studies based on monoamine neurotransmitters disorder and glutaminergic nerves, while the study of GABA is relatively less and more scattered. In this paper, the relationship between GABA and depression was discussed by introducing the GABA receptor and its role, and the interaction of GABA with 5-hydroxytryptamine 5-HT, dopamine (dopamine,DA) and glutamic acid (glutamic acid,Glu). In order to provide ideas for the further study of the mechanism and treatment of depression.
