【摘要】：抑制控制障礙是海洛因依賴者認(rèn)知功能受損的核心問(wèn)題,是影響復(fù)吸的關(guān)鍵因素。大量研究證實(shí)了海洛因依賴者抑制控制功能的受損,并且發(fā)現(xiàn)長(zhǎng)期藥物濫用者額葉、前扣帶回皮層、中腦腹側(cè)被蓋區(qū)、伏隔核、腦島等相關(guān)腦區(qū)活動(dòng)存在異常。以往研究表明海洛因依賴者抑制控制功能受損是一種持久性的、不可逆的腦損傷,但最近一些研究卻提供了毒品戒斷者抑制控制功能生物性恢復(fù)的證據(jù)。未來(lái)的研究應(yīng)該更加關(guān)注多重沖突條件下海洛因依賴者抑制控制功能的研究,并且在戒毒實(shí)踐中根據(jù)海洛因戒斷者自身特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行區(qū)分性治療。
[Abstract]:Inhibition and control disorder is the core problem of heroin addicts with impaired cognitive function and a key factor affecting relapse. A large number of studies have confirmed the impaired inhibition and control function of heroin addicts, and found abnormal activities in the frontal lobe, anterior cingulate cortex, ventral tegmental area, nucleus accumbens, and cerebral island of long-term drug abusers. Previous studies have shown that heroin addicts inhibit impaired control function is a persistent irreversible brain damage but some recent studies have provided evidence that drug addicts inhibit the biological recovery of control function. In the future, more attention should be paid to the suppression and control function of heroin addicts under the condition of multiple conflicts, and differentiated treatment should be carried out according to the characteristics of heroin abstinents in detoxification practice.
