【摘要】：目的探討精神分裂癥患者青少年親屬生態(tài)學(xué)執(zhí)行功能特征,以及是否存在特定的侵害類型與該人群執(zhí)行功能改變相關(guān)聯(lián)。方法選取104名精神分裂癥患者的青少年子女或同胞作為親屬組和193名正常青少年作為對(duì)照組,采用執(zhí)行功能行為評(píng)定量表自評(píng)版(BRIEF-SR)和青少年侵害問卷自評(píng)版(JVQ)分別評(píng)估被試的生態(tài)學(xué)執(zhí)行功能和侵害發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果親屬組在轉(zhuǎn)換和任務(wù)完成因子上的得分高于對(duì)照組(均P0.05);在親屬組中,經(jīng)歷一般侵害的青少年在計(jì)劃/組織和任務(wù)完成因子上得分高于未經(jīng)歷一般侵害的被試(均P0.05),經(jīng)歷兒童虐待的被試在抑制、情緒控制及材料組織因子上得分高于未經(jīng)歷兒童虐待的被試(均P0.05)。結(jié)論精神分裂癥患者的青少年親屬在轉(zhuǎn)換和任務(wù)完成等執(zhí)行功能成分上存在缺陷,一般侵害和兒童虐待與該人群執(zhí)行功能改變有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the characteristics of ecological executive function of relatives of adolescents with schizophrenia and whether there is a specific type of aggression associated with the changes of executive function in this population. Methods 104 children or siblings of schizophrenic patients were selected as relatives group and 193 normal adolescents as control group. The ecological executive function and the incidence of aggression were evaluated by the Executive functional behavior rating scale (BRIEF-SR) and the Adolescent aggression questionnaire (JVQ). Results the scores of transition and task completion factors in relatives group were higher than those in control group (P0.05). The scores of plan / organization and task completion factors of adolescents who experienced general aggression were higher than those of those who did not (P0.05), and those who experienced child abuse were inhibited. The scores of emotional control and material organization factors were higher than those without child abuse (P0.05). Conclusion there are defects in the executive functional components such as conversion and task completion among adolescent relatives of schizophrenic patients. General abuse and child abuse are related to the changes of executive function in this group.
