【摘要】：多項研究提示維生素D與抑郁癥發(fā)生和發(fā)展關(guān)系密切。為此本文回顧了近年來我國有關(guān)維生素D與孕產(chǎn)婦抑郁關(guān)系的流行病學(xué)研究,重點綜述了妊娠期間維生素D缺乏或不足與孕產(chǎn)婦抑郁的相關(guān)關(guān)系以及維生素D補充對孕產(chǎn)婦抑郁的影響。低水平維生素D與產(chǎn)前抑郁、產(chǎn)后抑郁有一定的相關(guān)性,適量提高孕產(chǎn)婦的血清維生素D水平對改善孕產(chǎn)婦抑郁有積極作用。
[Abstract]:Several studies have suggested that vitamin D is closely associated with the occurrence and development of depression. This article reviews the epidemiological studies on the relationship between vitamin D and maternal depression in recent years in China. The relationship between vitamin D deficiency and maternal depression during pregnancy and the effect of vitamin D supplementation on maternal depression were reviewed. The low level of vitamin D was associated with prenatal depression and postpartum depression. Proper increase of serum vitamin D level of pregnant and parturient women had a positive effect on ameliorating maternal depression.
