【摘要】：目的探索孤獨(dú)癥譜系障礙兒童棋盤格翻轉(zhuǎn)視覺誘發(fā)電位的特點(diǎn)。方法采用美國(guó)精神障礙統(tǒng)計(jì)與診斷手冊(cè)第四版(DSM-Ⅳ)診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)入組孤獨(dú)癥譜系障礙組12人;正常對(duì)照組12人。對(duì)所有對(duì)象進(jìn)行5個(gè)不同空間頻率刺激下的視覺誘發(fā)電位測(cè)試。結(jié)果 1)5個(gè)不同的空間頻率刺激下的P100波的潛伏期孤獨(dú)癥譜系障礙組均較對(duì)照組延長(zhǎng),差異有顯著統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。2)5個(gè)不同的空間頻率刺激下的P100波的振幅孤獨(dú)癥譜系障礙組均較對(duì)照組減小,差異有顯著統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論孤獨(dú)癥譜系障礙兒童棋盤格翻轉(zhuǎn)視覺誘發(fā)電位中P100波潛伏期延長(zhǎng),波幅減小,表明其視網(wǎng)膜神經(jīng)節(jié)細(xì)胞至視覺中樞的信息處理存在著異常,視覺傳導(dǎo)通路中小細(xì)胞通路異常。
