醫(yī)學(xué)生自閉特質(zhì)分裂型人格障礙與共情的相關(guān)性

【摘要】:目的探討在正常醫(yī)學(xué)生群體中自閉特質(zhì)及分裂型人格障礙是否存在共情能力差異,且兩者在共情維度上的差異。方法以某醫(yī)科大學(xué)1 040名大學(xué)生為對象,使用自閉譜系問卷(AQ)、人際反應(yīng)指針量表(IRI)和分裂型人格問卷(SPQ)測查自閉特質(zhì)、分裂型人格、共情能力水平,并分析三者的關(guān)系。結(jié)果高自閉特質(zhì)組醫(yī)學(xué)生在觀點采擇、想象力、同情關(guān)懷3個因子上的得分低于低自閉特質(zhì)組,而在個人痛苦因子上得分高于低自閉特質(zhì)組,差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P值均0.01);分裂型人格高分組醫(yī)學(xué)生在觀點采擇、同情關(guān)懷2個因子上的得分低于低分組,而在個人痛苦因子上得分高于低分組,差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P值均0.05)。大學(xué)生群體AQ總分以及SPQ總分和IRI總分均呈負(fù)相關(guān)(P值均0.05)。高自閉特質(zhì)組與高分裂型人格組在IRI總分及各維度得分上差異均無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P值均0.05)。結(jié)論自閉特質(zhì)水平、分裂型人格障礙水平、共情能力三者存在認(rèn)知相關(guān)性,自閉特質(zhì)與分裂型人格在認(rèn)知共情和情感共情上無差異。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore whether there is a difference in empathy ability between normal medical students and split personality disorder, and the difference between them in the dimension of empathy. Methods A total of 1 040 college students from a medical university were investigated by (AQ), interpersonal reaction pointer scale (IRI) and split Personality questionnaire (SPQ) by using autoclave pedigree questionnaire (IRI) and split Personality questionnaire (SPQ). The relationship between them was analyzed. Results the medical students in the high autistic trait group had lower scores in the three factors of opinion selection, imagination and sympathy care than those in the low autistic trait group, while the scores in the personal pain factor were higher than those in the low autistic trait group. The difference was statistically significant (P all 0.01), the scores of the two factors of the split personality high score group were lower than those of the low group, but the scores of the personal pain factor were higher than those of the low group, and the scores of the two factors were lower than those of the low group. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The total score of AQ, the total score of SPQ and the total score of IRI were negatively correlated (P < 0. 05). There was no significant difference in the total score of IRI and the score of each dimension between the high autistic trait group and the high split personality group (P < 0. 05). Conclusion there are cognitive correlations among the three factors: the level of autistic trait, the level of split personality disorder and the ability of empathy. There is no difference in cognitive empathy and emotional empathy between autistic trait and split personality.
