【摘要】：目的:研究中文版尼古丁依賴檢測量表(FTND)在吸煙男性精神分裂癥住院患者中應(yīng)用的信效度。方法:連續(xù)性入組220例符合美國精神障礙診斷與統(tǒng)計(jì)手冊第4版軸I精神分裂癥診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的吸煙男性住院患者,用FTND量表和Russell吸煙原因問卷(RRSQ)分別測查對(duì)象的尼古丁依賴程度和吸煙原因中的依賴維度分;根據(jù)自愿原則選取37例患者間隔2周后完成FTND量表重測;采用信度分析、相關(guān)分析和因子分析評(píng)價(jià)量表的信效度。結(jié)果:FTND量表的內(nèi)部一致性Cronbachα系數(shù)為0.68,2周重測信度系數(shù)為0.72(P0.01);量表總分與RRSQ依賴分的效標(biāo)關(guān)聯(lián)效度系數(shù)分別為0.53(P0.01);量表因子分析提取了兩個(gè)公因子,累積解釋總變異的52.4%;不同病程、住院次數(shù)和首次吸煙年齡患者的FTND評(píng)分差異均存在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:中文版FTND量表在吸煙男性精神分裂癥住院患者中應(yīng)用的內(nèi)部一致性較低,重測信度、效標(biāo)關(guān)聯(lián)效度、結(jié)構(gòu)效度和實(shí)證效度良好。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the reliability and validity of Chinese nicotine dependence scale (FTND) in smoking male schizophrenic inpatients. Methods: a total of 220 smoking male inpatients who met the diagnostic criteria of axis I schizophrenia in the fourth edition of the American Handbook for diagnosis and Statistics of Mental Disorders were enrolled in the study. The degree of nicotine dependence and the dependency dimension of smoking cause were measured by FTND scale and Russell smoking reason questionnaire (RRSQ). According to the voluntary principle, 37 patients were selected to complete the FTND scale retest after 2 weeks interval, and the reliability analysis was used. Correlation analysis and factor analysis were used to evaluate the reliability and validity of the scale. Results the internal consistency Cronbach 偽 coefficient of the scale was 0.68 / 2 week retest reliability coefficient was 0.72 (P0.01), the validity coefficient between total score and RRSQ dependency score was 0.53 (P0.01), two common factors were extracted by factor analysis, and 52.4% of the total variation was interpreted. There were significant differences in FTND scores between the hospitalized patients and the first smoking age patients (P0.05). Conclusion: the Chinese version of FTND scale in smoking male schizophrenia inpatients with low internal consistency, test-retest reliability, correlation validity, structural validity and empirical validity is good.
