【摘要】：目的調(diào)查社區(qū)中老人肥胖狀況與抑郁現(xiàn)狀,探討肥胖同抑郁的關(guān)系。方法采用橫斷面調(diào)查方法,按隨機(jī)數(shù)字表方法對(duì)唐山市各個(gè)街道2 472名中老人進(jìn)行調(diào)查,調(diào)查內(nèi)容包括人口統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)資料、肥胖狀況及抑郁現(xiàn)狀,比較分析不同人口學(xué)特征人群抑郁狀況,在控制了人口統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)混雜的情況下對(duì)不同肥胖人群的抑郁狀況進(jìn)行多變量Logistic分析。結(jié)果不同性別、教育水平、婚姻狀態(tài)、吸煙史、飲酒史中老年人的抑郁評(píng)分差異顯著(P0.05),在控制了年齡、性別、教育水平、婚姻狀態(tài)、吸煙史、飲酒史后,無論男性還是女性,低體重人群較正常人群更容易抑郁(OR=1.297、1.255);超重人群與肥胖人群較正常人群較少抑郁(超重人群:OR=0.797、0.885;肥胖人群:OR=0.720、0.783)。結(jié)論肥胖減少了抑郁風(fēng)險(xiǎn),對(duì)抑郁具有保護(hù)作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the status of obesity and depression among the elderly in the community and to explore the relationship between obesity and depression. Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted on 2 472 middle and old people in various streets of Tangshan City. The survey included demographic data, obesity status and depression status. The depression status of different population with different demographic characteristics was compared and multivariate Logistic analysis was used to analyze the depression status of different obese people under the control of mixed demographics. Results there were significant differences in the scores of depression among the elderly in different sex, education level, marital status, smoking history and drinking history (P0.05). After controlling for age, sex, education level, marital status, smoking history, drinking history, male or female, after controlling for age, sex, education level, marital status, smoking history, drinking history, male and female, The low weight group was more prone to depression than the normal group (OR1. 297 鹵1. 255), the overweight group and the obese group were less depressed than the normal group (overweight group: 0. 797 ~ 0. 885; obese group: 0. 720 ~ 0. 783). Conclusion Obesity reduces the risk of depression and has protective effect on depression.
