注意缺陷多動(dòng)障礙的ERP研究

【摘要】:針對(duì)注意缺陷多動(dòng)障礙的神經(jīng)機(jī)制研究,是診斷和治療此類疾病的重要基礎(chǔ)。文章綜述了國內(nèi)外關(guān)于注意缺陷多動(dòng)障礙的事件相關(guān)電位研究。當(dāng)前的研究焦點(diǎn)主要集中在揭示ERP成分差異性與認(rèn)知缺陷之間的關(guān)系上。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),ADHD兒童在N1、P2、N2和P3成分上均與健康兒童存在較大的差異,意味著其在注意定向、抑制監(jiān)控能量調(diào)節(jié)和錯(cuò)誤加工等方面存在認(rèn)知缺陷。文章的系統(tǒng)總結(jié)將有助于認(rèn)清當(dāng)前該領(lǐng)域的研究進(jìn)展及存在的不足,為后續(xù)研究的開展提供思路。
[Abstract]:The study of neural mechanism of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is an important basis for diagnosis and treatment of this disease. This paper reviews the research on event-related potentials of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) at home and abroad. Current research focuses on revealing the relationship between ERP component differences and cognitive impairment. It was found that there were significant differences between ADHD children and healthy children in N _ 1 P _ 2N _ 2 and P _ 3, which indicated that ADHD children had cognitive defects in attention orientation, inhibition of monitoring energy regulation and error processing. The systematic summary of the paper will be helpful to recognize the current research progress and shortcomings in this field, and to provide ideas for further research.
