【摘要】：正抑郁癥是常見的心理精神障礙,是一種以明顯而持久的心境低落為主要特征的臨床綜合征。隨著社會生活節(jié)奏的加快,壓力的劇增,抑郁癥已經(jīng)成為臨床上常見病、高發(fā)病,且其發(fā)病率呈上升趨勢[1]�！妒澜缧l(wèi)生組織2002年度報告》中指出,按目前發(fā)病增長的速度,到2020年抑郁癥可能成為僅次于心臟病的致殘性疾病[2],然而,當前近乎一半的抗抑郁藥物療效欠佳,所以重新認識抑郁癥的發(fā)病機制對抗抑郁新藥的研發(fā)十分必要。抑郁癥的確切發(fā)病機制尚不完全清
[Abstract]:Orthodontic depression is a common mental disorder and a clinical syndrome characterized by obvious and persistent depression. With the acceleration of the pace of social life and the rapid increase of stress, depression has become a common clinical disease, a high incidence of disease, and its incidence is on the rise [1]. The World Health Organization Annual report 2002 points out that, according to the current rate of disease growth, By 2020, depression may become the second most disabling disease after heart disease.
