【摘要】：目的:對用于測定精神分裂癥患者陰性癥狀的簡明陰性癥狀量表中文版(BNSS-C)的臨床效度、信度進行檢驗。方法:經原作者同意,漢化英文版BNSS。選取163例診斷符合國際疾病和相關健康問題統(tǒng)計分類第十版(ICD-10)精神分裂癥診斷標準的住院和社區(qū)慢性患者,進行BNSS-C、陰性癥狀量表(SANS)及陽性與陰性癥狀量表(PANSS)的評定。隨機選取其中43例患者間隔2周進行BNSS-C測量,用于計算重測信度。在住院患者中選取7例患者,由5名主試共同評定,用于計算評定者間信度。結果:全部受試完成BNSS-C半結構式訪談。量表的標準化Cronbachα值為0.93,5個分量表的Cronbachα值在0.86~0.95間;量表的重測信度為0.82,評定者間信度為0.93。因子分析獲得主觀體驗缺損和情感表達缺損2個因子,共解釋了總方差的71.6%;BNSS-C總分與PANSS總分、PANSS陰性癥狀分、SANS總分均正相關(r=0.24~0.77,P0.01)。以SANS除認知維度外的4個維度(情感平淡或遲鈍;思維貧乏;意志缺乏;興趣/社交缺乏)任一維度總評分≥3為標準,將受試分為陰性癥狀組和非陰性癥狀組,測得BNSS量表的靈敏度為69.6%(95%CI:0.50~0.83),特異度為85.0%(95%CI:0.78~0.90)。結論:簡明陰性癥狀量表中文版具有可接受的計量心理學特征,可應用于中國文化背景下慢性精神分裂癥患者陰性癥狀的評估。
[Abstract]:Objective: to test the clinical validity and reliability of the Chinese version of the Concise negative symptom scale (BNSS-C) for the determination of negative symptoms in schizophrenic patients. Methods: with the consent of the original author, the Chinese version of BNSSs. A total of 163 hospitalized and community chronic patients who met the criteria of International Statistical Classification of Diseases and related Health problems (ICD-10) were evaluated with BNSS-C, negative symptom scale (SANS) and positive and negative symptom scale (PANSS). Among them, 43 patients were randomly selected to measure BNSS-C at 2 weeks interval to calculate retest reliability. Seven inpatients were selected and assessed by 5 subjects to calculate the reliability. Results: all the subjects completed BNSS-C semi-structured interviews. The standardized Cronbach 偽 value of the scale was 0.93, the Cronbach 偽 value of the five subscales was 0.860.95, the test-retest reliability of the scale was 0.82, and the reliability of the five subscales was 0.93. Two factors, subjective experience defect and emotion expression defect, were obtained by factor analysis, which explained that the total score of BNSS-C of total variance was positively correlated with the negative symptom score of PANSS and the total score of sans (r = 0.240.77, P 0.01).
