【摘要】：目的研究奧爾夫音樂治療對精神分裂癥康復(fù)期患者的作用。方法 74例精神分裂癥康復(fù)期患者隨機分為治療組和對照組。參加治療組的患者,每周1、3、5到康復(fù)中心參加治療,每次治療持續(xù)1.5h,8周為1個療程。采用韋氏成人智力量表、韋氏記憶量表、陰性癥狀評定量表(SANS)、社會功能缺陷量表(SDSS)在治療前、治療后進行評定。結(jié)果治療前兩組韋氏智力、韋氏記憶、社會功能缺陷量表、陰性癥狀量表總分和各因子分差異無統(tǒng)計學意義。經(jīng)奧爾夫音樂治療8周后,治療組患者的韋氏智力、韋氏記憶得分較治療前有所提高,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),SANS量表總分和各因子分均較治療前減少,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),SDSS量表評分減少,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。對照組在開始時與8周后對比分數(shù)均無明顯改變。組間比較,治療組在治療后韋氏智力、韋氏記憶得分較對照組提高,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),SANS量表總分及各因子分均較對照組減少明顯,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),SDSS量表除注意障礙外,總分及因子分均較對照組減少,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論奧爾夫音樂治療對于精神分裂癥康復(fù)期患者有效。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of Orff music therapy on patients with schizophrenia. Methods 74 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The patients in the treatment group were treated at the rehabilitation center at 1: 3 times a week for 1. 5 hours and 8 weeks as a course of treatment. Wechsler Adult Intelligence scale, Wechsler memory scale and negative symptom scale (SANS), Social function deficit scale (SDSS) were used to evaluate before and after treatment. Results before treatment, there were no significant differences in Wechsler intelligence, Wechsler memory, social function impairment scale, total score of negative symptom scale and every factor score between the two groups. After 8 weeks of Orff music therapy, Wechsler intelligence and Wechsler memory scores of the patients in the treatment group were higher than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05) the total score and each factor score of sans scale were decreased compared with those before treatment. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05), the score of SDSS was decreased, and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). There was no significant change in the scores of the control group at the beginning and after 8 weeks. The scores of Wechsler intelligence and Wechsler memory in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P0.05). The scores of total scores and factors of sans scale were significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05) except attention disorder. The total score and factor score were decreased compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion Orff music therapy is effective for patients with schizophrenia.
