~1H-MRS檢測兒童及青少年創(chuàng)傷后應激障礙大腦前扣帶回代謝物改變

【摘要】:目的探討兒童及青少年創(chuàng)傷后應激障礙(PTSD)患者1 H-MRS中大腦前扣帶回區(qū)代謝物水平的變化。方法納入汶川地震幸存者57人,包括10例PTSD患者、23名PTSD康復者和24名健康者。對所有研究對象行1 H-MRS檢查,檢測大腦前扣帶回區(qū)N-乙酰天門冬氨酸(NAA)、肌酸(Cr)、膽堿(Cho)、肌醇(MI)和谷氨酸和谷氨酰胺復合物(Glx)水平,計算并比較NAA/Cr、Glx/Cr、Cho/Cr、MI/Cr的差異。結(jié)果 Glx/Cr:PTSD患者(1.16±0.15)、PTSD患者+PTSD康復者(1.31±0.07)均明顯低于健康者(1.59±0.10),PTSD患者明顯低于PTSD康復者+健康者(1.48±0.07),差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P均0.05),PTSD康復者(1.37±0.08)與健康者和PTSD患者間差異均無統(tǒng)計學意義(P均0.05)。NAA/Cr、Cho/Cr和MI/Cr差異均無統(tǒng)計學意義(P均0.05)。結(jié)論 1 H-MRS中兒童及青少年P(guān)TSD患者大腦前扣帶回區(qū)Glx明顯下降,其改變可能在PTSD病理生理機制中發(fā)揮重要作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the changes of 1 H-MRS metabolites in anterior cingulate gyrus in children and adolescents with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Methods 57 survivors of Wenchuan earthquake were included, including 10 PTSD patients and 23 recovered PTSD patients and 24 healthy people. All subjects were examined with 1H-MRS and the levels of NAA, Cr, Cho, MI and Glx in the anterior cingulate gyrus were measured, and the difference of NAA / Cr / GlX / CrCho-CrMIP / Cr was calculated and compared with that of NAA- / Cr-GlX / CrCho-CrMI-r / Cr in the anterior cingulate gyrus (ACA / Cr), and the levels of creatine (Cr), choline (Cho), inositol (MI) and glutamic acid / glutamine complex (Glx) were measured. Results (1.16 鹵0.15) PTSD patients (1.31 鹵0.07) were significantly lower than those in healthy people (1.59 鹵0.10). The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05) between PTSD rehabilitation patients (1.37 鹵0.08), healthy persons and PTSD patients. There was no significant difference between NAA / Cr / Cr and MIP / Cr (P 0.05). Conclusion 1Glx in the anterior cingulate gyrus of children and adolescents with PTSD in H-MRS is significantly decreased, which may play an important role in the pathophysiological mechanism of PTSD.
