血液中花生四烯酸乙醇胺含量與精神分裂癥發(fā)病機(jī)制的研究

【摘要】:目的分析精神分裂癥患者血液中花生四烯酸乙醇胺(AEA)含量的變化,探討與精神分裂癥病理之間的聯(lián)系。方法采集56例精神分裂癥患者靜脈血液樣本,應(yīng)用高效液相色譜法(HPLC)柱前衍生化測(cè)定精神分裂癥患者血液樣品中AEA含量變化;并與40例健康者血液中AEA含量進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果精神分裂癥患者血液中AEA含量明顯高于對(duì)照組[(23.87±1.32)ng/mL vs(11.26±0.81 ng/mL)],兩組樣本間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論精神分裂癥患者癥狀活躍期間血液中AEA含量增高,可能與精神分裂癥的發(fā)病機(jī)制有關(guān),該結(jié)果為精神分裂疾病藥物研發(fā)提供新思路。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the changes of blood levels of ethanolamine arachidonate (AEA) in patients with schizophrenia and to explore the relationship between AEA and pathology of schizophrenia. Methods the changes of AEA in 56 patients with schizophrenia were measured by HPLC precolumn derivatization and compared with that of 40 healthy controls. Results the AEA content in the blood of schizophrenic patients was significantly higher than that in the control group [(23.87 鹵1.32) ng / mL vs (11.26 鹵0.81 ng / mL)], and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion the increase of AEA in the blood during the active period of schizophrenia may be related to the pathogenesis of schizophrenia, which provides a new idea for the development of drugs for schizophrenia.
