【摘要】：正老年癡呆是僅次于心血管病、癌癥和腦卒的第4大老年人主要致死疾病[1]。老年癡呆主要臨床表現(xiàn)為漸進性記憶力減退、智能缺損、情感障礙及姿勢、步態(tài)改變,對日常生活失去判斷力,到疾病晚期還逐漸出現(xiàn)自理困難,甚至對外界完全沒有反應(yīng),它是一種不可逆的老年性疾病,一旦確診后,女性的存活率是預(yù)計是4.8年,男性是5.6年[2]。目前我國老年癡呆患者為900萬人,預(yù)計到2050年全世界老年癡呆患者將達到
[Abstract]:Dementia is the fourth leading cause of death in the elderly after cardiovascular disease, cancer and stroke. The main clinical manifestations of Alzheimer's disease are progressive memory loss, mental retardation, affective disorder and posture, gait changes, loss of judgment in daily life, and gradually self-care difficulties in the late stage of the disease, or even complete lack of response to the outside world. It is an irreversible age-related disease that, once diagnosed, is expected to survive 4.8 years for women and 5.6 years for men. At present, there are 9 million senile dementia patients in China. It is expected that the number of dementia patients in the world will reach by 2050.
