【摘要】：目的本次研究主要分析在精神分裂癥患者的治療中采用阿立哌唑與奧氮平治療的治療效果以及對患者糖脂代謝的影響。方法本次研究選取本院2016年1月~2017年1月收治的精神分裂癥患者60例,采用隨機對照法將其分為對照組與觀察組,對照組患者采用阿立哌唑治療,觀察組患者采用奧氮平治療,將兩組患者糖脂代謝指數(shù)、治療效果作為對比依據(jù)。結(jié)果 (1)觀察組患者糖脂代謝指數(shù)優(yōu)異于對照組患者(P0.05);(2)觀察組患者治療總有效率與對照組患者差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論本次研究證明,在精神分裂癥患者的治療中采用阿立哌唑與奧氮平治療均可取得較好的治療效果,但是采用奧氮平治療對于患者糖脂代謝指數(shù)的影響較大。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the effect of aripiprazole and olanzapine on glucose and lipid metabolism in patients with schizophrenia. Methods Sixty patients with schizophrenia admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were randomly divided into two groups: control group and observation group. Patients in control group were treated with aripiprazole and patients in observation group were treated with olanzapine. The index of glucose and lipid metabolism and the therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups. Results (1) the index of glucose and lipid metabolism in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P0.05); (2). There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the observation group and the control group (P0.05). Conclusion this study proved that aripiprazole and olanzapine were effective in the treatment of schizophrenia, but the effect of olanzapine on glycolipid metabolism index was significant.
