孕期使用氯氮平或其他非典型抗精神病藥對兒童早期發(fā)育的影響

【摘要】:目的:研究母孕期暴露于氯氮平或其他非典型抗精神病藥對后代軀體和智能發(fā)育影響的差異。方法:招募孕期服用氯氮平或其他非典型抗精神病藥的孕婦各20名,其后代出生后隨訪12個月。后代軀體發(fā)育指標為Ap-gar評分、身高和體重。智能發(fā)育指標為貝利嬰幼兒發(fā)育量表-第三版評分。結(jié)果:兩組兒童軀體發(fā)育指標間的差異均無顯著性。智能發(fā)育指標中,兩組兒童認知和適應(yīng)行為評分的差異始終無顯著性;氯氮平組在2月和6月的語言和運動評分顯著低于對照組(P均0.05),但12月時,兩組差異無顯著性;氯氮平組兒童在各測評時點社交情感的評分均顯著低于對照組(P均0.05)。結(jié)論:孕期暴露于氯氮平對后代早期智能發(fā)育的不良影響較大,部分影響會持續(xù)到出生后12個月。
[Abstract]:Aim: to study the effects of clozapine or other atypical antipsychotics on somatic and intellectual development of offspring during pregnancy. Methods: 20 pregnant women who took clozapine or other atypical antipsychotics during pregnancy were recruited and their offspring were followed up for 12 months. Somatic development indexes of offspring were Ap-gar score, height and weight. The intelligence development index was the third edition of Bailey Infant Development scale. Results: there was no significant difference in somatic development between the two groups. There was no significant difference in cognitive and adaptive behavior scores between the two groups, and the scores of language and motor in clozapine group in February and June were significantly lower than those in control group (P 0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups at 12 months. The score of social emotion in clozapine group was significantly lower than that in control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: the adverse effects of clozapine exposure during pregnancy on the early intellectual development of offspring were significant, and some of the effects would last until 12 months after birth.
