【摘要】：目的:探討控制感在創(chuàng)傷暴露對(duì)PTSD影響中的調(diào)節(jié)作用。方法:以汶川地震1年及1年半后兩個(gè)時(shí)間點(diǎn)497名中學(xué)生為被試,采用創(chuàng)傷暴露程度問卷、初級(jí)和次級(jí)控制信念量表、兒童創(chuàng)傷后應(yīng)激障礙量表進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果:在震后1年,主觀與客觀創(chuàng)傷暴露程度都顯著正向預(yù)測(cè)PTSD,初級(jí)控制與次級(jí)控制都顯著負(fù)向預(yù)測(cè)PTSD;初級(jí)控制負(fù)向調(diào)節(jié)客觀創(chuàng)傷暴露對(duì)PTSD的影響,次級(jí)控制不起調(diào)節(jié)作用;而震后1年半,僅客觀暴露程度顯著正向預(yù)測(cè)PTSD,控制感對(duì)PTSD的預(yù)測(cè)作用不顯著;次級(jí)控制負(fù)向調(diào)節(jié)主觀害怕程度對(duì)PTSD的影響,初級(jí)控制不起調(diào)節(jié)作用。結(jié)論:初級(jí)控制與次級(jí)控制在不同時(shí)間點(diǎn),在創(chuàng)傷暴露程度對(duì)PTSD的影響中發(fā)揮不同的調(diào)節(jié)作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the regulatory effect of control on PTSD after trauma exposure. Methods: 497 middle school students from Wenchuan earthquake one and a half years after the earthquake were investigated with the scale of trauma exposure degree primary and secondary control belief scale and children's post-traumatic stress disorder scale. Results: one year after the earthquake, the degree of subjective and objective trauma exposure was significantly positively predicted, primary control and secondary control were significantly negative predictors of PTSD, primary control negatively regulated the effects of objective trauma exposure on PTSD, secondary control could not regulate PTSD. But one and a half years after the earthquake, only the degree of objective exposure positively predicted PTSD, but the predictive effect of the sense of control on PTSD was not significant, while the influence of subjective fear of secondary negative control on PTSD was not significant, but the primary control did not play a role in regulating PTSD. Conclusion: primary control and secondary control play different roles in regulating PTSD at different time points.
