【摘要】：目的:觀察加味桃紅四物湯聯(lián)合高壓氧治療血管性癡呆(VD)的臨床療效。方法:將160例VD患者隨機(jī)分為治療組與對(duì)照組,各80例;對(duì)照組常規(guī)給予抗血小板聚集、降脂穩(wěn)定斑塊、腦保護(hù)劑等治療并進(jìn)行高壓氧艙治療;治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上加用加味桃紅四物湯治療。兩組均治療28d后對(duì)患者治療前后的中醫(yī)癥候、行為能力、精神狀態(tài)進(jìn)行療效評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果:經(jīng)過(guò)28d治療,對(duì)治療前后血管性癡呆辨證量表(SDSVD)、Blessed行為能力量表(BBS)評(píng)分比較,治療組與對(duì)照組之間差異顯著(P0.01),治療前后簡(jiǎn)易精神狀態(tài)檢查(MMSE)量表評(píng)分比較積分上升值雖無(wú)明顯差異,但治療組的總體有效率高于對(duì)照組。結(jié)論:加味桃紅四物湯治療VD可以有效的改善患者認(rèn)知功能受損程度,提高生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Jiawei Taohong Siwu decoction combined with hyperbaric oxygen on vascular dementia. Methods: 160 patients with VD were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 80) and control group (n = 80). The treatment group was treated with modified Taohong Siwu decoction on the basis of control group. After 28 days of treatment, the two groups were evaluated for the symptoms, behavior and mental state of the patients before and after treatment. Results: after 28 days of treatment, the scores of SDSVD / Blessed Behavioral ability scale (BBS) were compared before and after treatment. The difference between the treatment group and the control group was significant (P 0.01). Although there was no significant difference in the scores of MMSE before and after treatment, the overall effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group. Conclusion: modified Taohong Siwu decoction can effectively improve the degree of cognitive impairment and improve the quality of life in patients with VD.
