【摘要】：目的 了解長沙市某醫(yī)院精神科專科門診男性精神分裂癥患者吸煙的情況,探討門診男性精神分裂癥患者吸煙的相關(guān)因素,為對門診男性精神分裂癥患者中進(jìn)行戒煙的干預(yù)提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。 方法 從湖南省長沙市診治精神疾病患者兩家醫(yī)院(湖南省第二人民醫(yī)院和中南大學(xué)湘雅二醫(yī)院)中選取1家醫(yī)院(中南大學(xué)湘雅二醫(yī)院)作為研究現(xiàn)場。采用連續(xù)抽樣的方法,由同一名調(diào)查員對2011/09/14.2011/11/2期間在湘雅二醫(yī)院精神�？崎T診由副主任或以上職稱的�？漆t(yī)生加以確診的患者進(jìn)行訪談,問卷訪談的內(nèi)容包括患者的社會人口學(xué)資料、病程、住院次數(shù)、最近6個月每天吸煙或每周吸煙達(dá)5天、最初吸煙時間、服用藥物名稱、服用藥物的依從性、大體功能評定量表。 結(jié)果 調(diào)查期間符合入組標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的男性精神分裂癥患者共有321例,其中19例患者因訪談過程中不配合等原因未能完成調(diào)查,最終獲得有效問卷302份,問卷有效率為94.1%。302個樣本中,有124(40.1%)人最近6個月每天吸煙,吸煙≥1支/d,平均每周≥5d。 單因素分析發(fā)現(xiàn)吸煙者與非吸煙者相比,吸煙患者年齡越大(t=3.315,p=0.001)、婚姻不穩(wěn)定(χ2=15.066,P=0.001),文化程度約低(χ2=10.470,P=0.015),有家庭成員吸煙(χ2=11.242,P=0.010)是吸煙的相關(guān)因素。 將上述相關(guān)因素納入多因素logistic回歸模型,結(jié)果顯示婚姻不穩(wěn)定、家庭成員吸煙是精神分裂癥患者的危險因素,文化程度高是門診男性精神分裂癥患者吸煙的保護(hù)因素OR及其95%CI值分別為2.907(1.428,2.883)、2.268(1.281,2.147)、1.69(1.093,2.620)。 結(jié)論 長沙市精神科�？崎T診男性精神分裂癥吸煙的情況比較普遍,婚姻不穩(wěn)定、家庭成員吸煙是精神分裂癥患者吸煙的高危因素,文化程度高是保護(hù)因素。應(yīng)加強(qiáng)患者及其家庭成員的健康教育,減少吸煙情況發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Purpose

To investigate the prevalence of smoking among male schizophrenia patients in a psychiatric department in a hospital in Changsha , and to explore the relative factors of smoking among male schizophrenic patients in outpatient clinic , and provide scientific basis for the intervention of smoking cessation in male schizophrenic patients .

method

One hospital was selected from two hospitals in Changsha , Hunan Province ( Second People ' s Hospital of Hunan Province and Xiangya Hospital of Central South University ) as the research field . The patients who were diagnosed by the same investigator in the psychiatric specialty clinic of Xiangya Hospital during 2011 / 09 / 14 were interviewed by the same investigator during 2011 / 09 / 14 , 2011 / 11 / 2 . The contents of the interviews included the social demology data , course of course , the number of times of hospitalization , the last 6 months of smoking or smoking for 5 days , the initial smoking time , the medication name , the compliance of taking the drug , and the general function rating scale .

Results

The total effective rate was 94.1 % . Among the 302 samples , 124 ( 40.1 % ) of the 302 samples smoked daily for 6 months , smoking 鈮，
