【摘要】：目的評價(jià)家庭功能對中學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮現(xiàn)況的影響水平。方法檢索Pub Med、Library、Science Direct、中國知網(wǎng)全文數(shù)據(jù)庫和萬方全文數(shù)據(jù)庫,收集中學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮與家庭功能關(guān)系研究的隨機(jī)對照和病例對照研究文獻(xiàn),利用Rev Man 5.2進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)處理。結(jié)果納入研究文獻(xiàn)6篇。因各獨(dú)立研究之間存在異質(zhì)性(P0.01),故采用隨機(jī)效應(yīng)模型進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果顯示:網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮組與對照組家庭功能表現(xiàn)在問題解決能力(P0.05)、家庭溝通(P0.01)、情感卷入程度(P0.01)、家庭功能整體狀況(P0.01)等方面差異顯著;合并效應(yīng)量為Z_(問題解決能力)=2.05、Z_(家庭溝通)=2.68、Z_(情感卷入程度)=3.78、Z_(家庭功能整體狀況)=4.38。結(jié)論網(wǎng)絡(luò)過度使用的中學(xué)生家庭功能明顯減弱。建議通過改善家庭功能,充分發(fā)揮其在降低中學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮的發(fā)生與發(fā)展方面的優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effect of family function on internet addiction among middle school students. Methods Rev Man 5.2 was used to process the data collected from Pub Medital Library Science Direct2, China Zhiwang Full-text Database and Wanfang Full-text Database. The literature of random control and case-control studies on the relationship between Internet addiction and family function of middle school students were collected. Results 6 papers were included in the study. Because of the heterogeneity between the independent studies, the random effect model was used to analyze it. The results showed that there were significant differences in family function between iad group and control group in such aspects as problem-solving ability (P0.05), family communication (P0.01), emotional involvement (P0.01), and family function as a whole (P0.01). The combined effect is Z / S (problem solving capacity 2.05 / Z). (emotional involvement is 3.78 Zs) (Family function as a whole is 4.38. Conclusion the family function of middle school students with excessive use of network is obviously weakened. It is suggested to improve the family function and give full play to its advantages in reducing the occurrence and development of internet addiction among middle school students.
