【摘要】：目的分析穩(wěn)定期雙相障礙I型患者認(rèn)知功能及其相關(guān)因素。方法隨機(jī)整群抽取60例穩(wěn)定期雙相障礙Ⅰ型患者為研究組,同期體檢的60名健康人員為對(duì)照組,給予研究組有針對(duì)性的治療,對(duì)兩組認(rèn)知功能各指標(biāo)及其與臨床特征的關(guān)系進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果研究組數(shù)字符號(hào)、數(shù)字廣度(順背、倒背、總分)、視覺(jué)再生評(píng)分均顯著低于對(duì)照組(P0.05),連線測(cè)驗(yàn)(TMT)-A、TMT-B時(shí)間均顯著長(zhǎng)于對(duì)照組(均P0.05);研究組數(shù)字符號(hào)評(píng)分和病程、漢密爾頓抑郁量表(HAMD)、Young躁狂量表(YMRS)評(píng)分顯著相關(guān)(r=-0.18、-0.20、-0.21,均P0.05);數(shù)字廣度(順背、倒背、總分)、視覺(jué)再生評(píng)分和YMRS評(píng)分顯著相關(guān)(r=-0.15、-0.19、-0.19、-0.18,均P0.05);TMT-A、TMT-B時(shí)間和HAMD、YMRS評(píng)分顯著相關(guān)(r=0.24、0.22、0.26、0.22,均P0.05)。結(jié)論穩(wěn)定期雙相障礙I型患者認(rèn)知功能較低。病程、HAMD、YMRS評(píng)分對(duì)其造成了直接影響。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the cognitive function and its related factors in stable bipolar disorder type I patients. Methods A total of 60 stable bipolar disorder patients were randomly selected as study group and 60 healthy persons as control group. The relationship between each index of cognitive function and clinical features was analyzed statistically. Results the scores of digital symbol, digit span (back, total score, visual regeneration) in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P 0.05), and the time of TMTT- An TMT-B in the study group was significantly longer than that in the control group (all P 0.05), the score of digital symbol and the course of disease in the study group were significantly longer than those in the control group. The Hamilton Depression scale (Hamd) and the Young manic scale (YMRS) scores were significantly correlated with r-0.18- 0.20mm-0.21 (all P 0.05, P < 0.05), and the scores of digital span (converse, backward, total score, visual regeneration score and YMRS score) were significantly correlated with r-0.15-0.19-0.19-0.18, both P0.05T and TMT-B time were significantly correlated with the YMRS score of HAMD-YMRS (P = 0.240.220.260.22, all P 0.05). Conclusion the cognitive function of patients with stable bipolar disorder type I is lower. The course of disease and the score of YMRS had a direct effect on it.
