【摘要】：目的探討注意缺陷多動(dòng)障礙(ADHD)兒童不同亞型的注意力特征,為臨床干預(yù)提供依據(jù)。方法對(duì)345例ADHD兒童進(jìn)行分型,使用整合視聽(tīng)持續(xù)性操作測(cè)試(IVA-CPT)進(jìn)行注意力評(píng)估,比較不同亞型的視覺(jué)和聽(tīng)覺(jué)注意力特征。以122例正常兒童作為對(duì)照。結(jié)果 3種亞型ADHD兒童綜合注意力商數(shù)和綜合控制力商數(shù)得分均明顯低于正常兒童,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01);在控制力商數(shù)上,多動(dòng)/沖動(dòng)為主型(ADHD-HI)兒童聽(tīng)覺(jué)得分低于視覺(jué),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);在注意力商數(shù)、速度商數(shù)上,3亞型ADHD兒童聽(tīng)覺(jué)得分高于視覺(jué),差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01);在謹(jǐn)慎商數(shù)上,視覺(jué)得分高于聽(tīng)覺(jué)得分,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01);不同亞型ADHD兒童之間聽(tīng)覺(jué)注意力相關(guān)商數(shù)和視覺(jué)注意力相關(guān)商數(shù)差別無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論 ADHD兒童注意功能低于正常兒童,且視覺(jué)注意功能受損重于聽(tīng)覺(jué);不同亞型ADHD兒童在視覺(jué)和聽(tīng)覺(jué)注意力特征上的功能受損程度無(wú)差別。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the attention characteristics of different subtypes of ADHD in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and to provide evidence for clinical intervention. Methods 345 children with ADHD were classified and assessed by IVA-CPT. The visual and auditory attention characteristics of different subtypes were compared. 122 normal children were used as control. Results the scores of comprehensive attention quotient and comprehensive control quotient in the three subtypes of ADHD were significantly lower than those in normal children, the difference was statistically significant (P0.01), and the auditory scores of ADHD-HIs in hyperactivity / impulsive type were lower than those in vision. In attention quotient and speed quotient, the auditory score of children with subtype 3 ADHD was higher than that of visual, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.01), and the score of visual perception was higher than that of auditory score in cautious quotient. There was no significant difference in auditory attention correlation quotient and visual attention correlation quotient between children with different subtypes of ADHD. Conclusion the attention function of children with ADHD is lower than that of normal children, and the visual attention impairment is more serious than that of hearing, and there is no difference in the visual and auditory attention characteristics of children with different subtypes of ADHD.
