應(yīng)用視覺誘發(fā)技術(shù)探尋意境作業(yè)對(duì)不同人格的ERP效應(yīng)特異性

【摘要】:目的本研究將不同人格的大學(xué)生作為研究對(duì)象,通過意境作業(yè)干預(yù)訓(xùn)練,應(yīng)用視覺事件相關(guān)電位(ERP)檢測(cè)各階段的變化反應(yīng),分析意境作業(yè)對(duì)不同人格大學(xué)生的ERP效應(yīng)差異,為臨床心理精神性疾病的防治提供實(shí)驗(yàn)學(xué)證據(jù),以豐富中醫(yī)氣功學(xué)和中醫(yī)心理學(xué)理論。方法本研究為國(guó)家自然基金項(xiàng)目"意境作業(yè)安神解郁作用的ERP效應(yīng)及分子機(jī)制研究"的前期研究,以人格特質(zhì)為切入點(diǎn),以問卷形式收集數(shù)據(jù),分析大學(xué)生群體的不同人格特質(zhì)的狀況。隨后,使用ERP技術(shù),探討不同人格個(gè)體對(duì)情緒刺激的腦電反應(yīng)特點(diǎn)。給予氣功干預(yù)后,再次觀察不同人格個(gè)體的腦電反應(yīng)特點(diǎn),探尋意境作業(yè)的人格腦功能特異性,為臨床防治心身疾病和辨證施功提供科學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)依據(jù)。結(jié)果1.參加本次量表普查的323人結(jié)果顯示,外向組中,N分高和N分低的人群人數(shù)基本均衡,即外向與情緒穩(wěn)定并無(wú)直接聯(lián)系;內(nèi)向組中,N分高的人群占絕大多數(shù),N分低的人群人數(shù)較少,即內(nèi)向人群中,情緒不穩(wěn)定者占大多數(shù)。2.首先將參加腦電實(shí)驗(yàn)的受試者按照內(nèi)外向維度進(jìn)行分組,使用三種情緒刺激引出各組的LPP波幅,發(fā)現(xiàn)在各個(gè)導(dǎo)聯(lián)和刺激中,LPP波形的平均幅值在三組中均無(wú)差異;再將受試者按照神經(jīng)質(zhì)維度進(jìn)行分組,使用三種情緒刺激引出各組的LPP波幅,發(fā)現(xiàn)在各個(gè)導(dǎo)聯(lián)和刺激中,高神經(jīng)質(zhì)組在觀看正性和負(fù)性刺激時(shí),所引發(fā)出的晚正成分波幅最小。低神經(jīng)質(zhì)組在觀看負(fù)性刺激時(shí),所引發(fā)出的晚正成分波幅最大,中間組介于兩者之間。3.意境作業(yè)的干預(yù)對(duì)受試起到效果,在內(nèi)外向維度和神經(jīng)質(zhì)維度中,均有多組導(dǎo)聯(lián)的LPP平均幅值出現(xiàn)前后差異,即不論受試者的人格差異,在意境作業(yè)的干預(yù)后,均會(huì)出現(xiàn)LPP平均幅值的變化。4.比較干預(yù)后,不同內(nèi)外向維度的三組受試者LPP幅值,發(fā)現(xiàn)與干預(yù)前并無(wú)差異;比較干預(yù)后,不同神經(jīng)質(zhì)維度的三組受試者LPP幅值,發(fā)現(xiàn)僅在中性情緒刺激下,額區(qū)(FP2)導(dǎo)聯(lián)出現(xiàn)差異,在其他刺激中均無(wú)差異。說明意境作業(yè)的干預(yù),對(duì)不同神經(jīng)質(zhì)維度受試者的情緒反應(yīng),具有趨于同步的特點(diǎn)。結(jié)論經(jīng)普查發(fā)現(xiàn),人格內(nèi)向兼有高神經(jīng)質(zhì)人群比例較大,內(nèi)向兼有低神經(jīng)質(zhì)人群比例偏小。ERP腦電誘發(fā)電位中,晚正成分與人格的神經(jīng)癥維度密切相關(guān),與人格的內(nèi)外向維度不相關(guān)。意境作業(yè)的干預(yù),能較大降低高神經(jīng)質(zhì)人群的腦電晚正成分波幅,使之與低神經(jīng)質(zhì)人群趨同。意境作業(yè)針對(duì)外向型人格個(gè)體,可能具有使其安靜平穩(wěn)的效果。
[Abstract]:Objective in this study, college students with different personality were used as the research objects, and the visual event-related potentials (VEP) were used to detect the change response of different stages through the intervention training of artistic conception homework, and to analyze the difference of the ERP effect of artistic conception work on different personality college students. To provide experimental evidence for the prevention and treatment of psychological and psychiatric diseases in order to enrich the theory of Qigong and psychology of TCM. Methods this study was a preliminary study on the ERP effect and the molecular mechanism of the effect of soothing the mind and relieving depression in the National Natural Fund project, with personality traits as the starting point and data collected in the form of questionnaires. This paper analyzes the status of different personality traits of college students. Then, ERP technique was used to study the EEG response characteristics of different personality individuals to emotional stimulation. After Qigong intervention, the characteristics of EEG response of individuals with different personality were observed again, and the specificity of personality brain function was explored, which provided scientific experimental basis for clinical prevention and treatment of psychosomatic diseases and syndrome differentiation. Result 1. The results of 323 participants in the questionnaire showed that there was no direct relationship between extroversion and emotional stability in the extroverted group with high N score and low N score. In the introverted group, the people with high N score accounted for the majority of the population with low N score, that is, in the introverted group, the emotional instability accounted for the majority of .2. The subjects who participated in the EEG experiment were divided into three groups according to their internal and external dimensions. The amplitude of LPP waves in each group was induced by three kinds of emotional stimuli. The average amplitude of LPP waveforms in each lead and stimulus was not different among the three groups. Then the subjects were grouped according to the neuroticism dimension and the amplitude of LPP was induced by three kinds of emotional stimuli. It was found that the amplitude of late positive component was the least in the high neurotic group when watching the positive and negative stimuli. In the low neurotic group, the amplitude of the late positive component was the largest when watching the negative stimulation, and the middle group was between the two groups. There were significant differences in the average amplitude of LPP between groups of leads in the introverted dimension and neuroticism dimension, that is, regardless of the personality difference of the subjects, after the intervention of the artistic conception operation, there were significant differences in the mean amplitude of LPP between the two groups. There will be a change in the average amplitude of LPP. 4. 4. After the intervention, there was no difference in the amplitude of LPP between the three groups of subjects with different introversion and introversion dimension, and the amplitude of LPP of the three groups of subjects with different neuroticism dimensions was found to be only stimulated by neutral emotion after intervention. There was no difference in lead FP2 in frontal area, but there was no difference in other stimuli. It shows that the intervention of mood assignment tends to synchronize the emotional response of subjects with different neuroticism. Conclusion the results showed that the proportion of introverted and low neurotic population was relatively small. The late positive component was closely related to the dimension of personality neurosis in ERP EEG evoked potential. It has nothing to do with the internal and external dimensions of personality. The intervention of artistic conception can decrease the amplitude of the late positive component of EEG in the high neurotic group and make it converge with the low neurotic group. The artistic conception assignment aims at the extroverted personality individual, may have the effect which makes it quiet and stable.
