【摘要】：目的:通過(guò)彌散張量成像和纖維束密度成像探討老年抑郁癥患者腦白質(zhì)的完整性。方法:25例老年抑郁癥患者為實(shí)驗(yàn)組,20名健康老年人為對(duì)照組,進(jìn)行3.0T磁共振彌散張量成像(DTI)和纖維束密度成像(track-density imaging,TDI),并計(jì)算其雙側(cè)額葉、雙側(cè)顳葉、雙側(cè)扣帶回及胼胝體膝部、壓部白質(zhì)的各向異性分?jǐn)?shù)(FA)和纖維束密度值(track density,TD),分別比較兩組數(shù)據(jù)差異。結(jié)果:與對(duì)照組相比,實(shí)驗(yàn)組左側(cè)額葉、左側(cè)顳葉、雙側(cè)扣帶回前部及胼胝體膝部FA值顯著降低(P0.05),雙側(cè)額葉、雙側(cè)顳葉、雙側(cè)扣帶回前部及胼胝體膝部纖維束密度值顯著降低(P0.05)。結(jié)論:老年抑郁癥患者多發(fā)腦區(qū)白質(zhì)完整性破壞,TDI為高分辨率成像技術(shù),可以清晰顯示解剖結(jié)構(gòu),纖維束密度值可能較各向異性分?jǐn)?shù)更敏感的發(fā)現(xiàn)老年抑郁癥患者的腦白質(zhì)異常。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the integrity of white matter in elderly patients with depression by diffusion Zhang Liang imaging and fiber bundle density imaging. Methods Twenty and twenty healthy elderly patients with depression in the experimental group were treated with 3.0T magnetic resonance diffusion Zhang Liang imaging (DTI) and fiber bundle density imaging (TDI). The bilateral frontal lobe, bilateral temporal lobe, bilateral cingulate gyrus and the genu of corpus callosum were calculated. The anisotropic fraction of compressed white matter (FAA) and the fiber bundle density (TDX) were compared between the two groups. Results: compared with the control group, the FA values of left frontal lobe, left temporal lobe, bilateral anterior cingulate gyrus and genu of corpus callosum were significantly lower in the experimental group than those in the control group, and the density of fiber bundle in bilateral frontal lobe, bilateral temporal lobe, bilateral cingulate gyrus and genu of corpus callosum was significantly lower than that in control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: TDI is a high resolution imaging technique and can clearly display the anatomical structure of multiple brain areas in elderly patients with depression. Fiber bundle density may be more sensitive than anisotropic scores to detect white matter abnormalities in elderly patients with depression.
