【摘要】：目的:引進(jìn)簡(jiǎn)易版疾病認(rèn)知問卷(brief illness perception questionnaire,B-IPQ)并探討其在軀體化障礙患者中的效度和信度。方法:對(duì)方便取樣法選取的237例軀體化障礙患者實(shí)施B-IPQ測(cè)評(píng)并進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目分析、探索性因素分析、驗(yàn)證性因素分析和內(nèi)部一致性檢驗(yàn);同時(shí)施測(cè)抑郁自評(píng)量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)和焦慮自評(píng)量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)以檢驗(yàn)效標(biāo)關(guān)聯(lián)效度;2周后對(duì)其中95例再測(cè)B-IPQ以檢驗(yàn)重測(cè)信度。結(jié)果:項(xiàng)目分析顯示各條目得分與總分的相關(guān)系數(shù)介于0.556~0.842;探索性因素分析與驗(yàn)證性因素分析表明B-IPQ具有單一維度特性;B-IPQ總分與SAS、SDS得分均呈正相關(guān)(r=0.640、0.616)。內(nèi)部一致性Cronbach’sα系數(shù)為0.831,重測(cè)信度為0.931。結(jié)論:B-IPQ中文版具有較好的鑒別力和信效度,符合心理測(cè)量學(xué)的要求,可用于軀體化障礙患者疾病認(rèn)知的測(cè)評(píng)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the validity and reliability of brief illness perception questionnaire (brief illness perception questionnaire) in patients with somatization disorder. Methods: B-IPQ, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and internal consistency test were performed in 237 patients with somatization disorder selected by convenient sampling method. Self-rating depression scale (SDSs) and self-rating anxiety scale (SASs) were used to test the correlation validity of self-rating anxiety two weeks later, 95 of them were tested for B-IPQ to test the test-retest reliability. Results: item analysis showed that the correlation coefficient between each item score and total score was between 0.556and 0.842.The exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis showed that the total score of B-IPQ and the total score of B-IPQ had a positive correlation with the score of B-IPQ. The Cronbach's 偽 coefficient of internal consistency was 0.831, and the retest reliability was 0.931. ConclusionThe Chinese version of the "1: B-IPQ" has good discriminant power and reliability, and meets the requirements of psychometrics. It can be used in the evaluation of disease cognition in patients with somatization disorders.
