【摘要】：目的觀察中醫(yī)綜合療法聯(lián)合西藥治療血管性癡呆的臨床療效。方法采用多中心、隨機對照試驗的設計方法,將218例患者分為治療組110例和對照組108例。兩組均給予內科基礎治療,治療組同時給予中醫(yī)綜合治療方案(中醫(yī)辨證治療、針刺、康復訓練、護理);對照組同時口服鹽酸多奈哌齊片,每日5 mg,4周后增至10 mg,康復訓練及護理同治療組,兩組均治療2個月。治療前后采用簡易精神狀態(tài)檢查表(MMSE)評價患者認知功能,采用Blessed行為量表(BBS評分)評價患者行為能力,治療后判斷其臨床療效。結果治療組認知功能療效總有效率為68.93%,對照組為57.00%;治療組行為能力療效總有效率為70.87%,對照組為61.00%。兩組均可以明顯改善MMSE評分及BBS評分(P0.05或P0.01),且治療組的作用明顯優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05或P0.01)。結論中醫(yī)綜合療法能顯著改善血管性癡呆患者的認知功能和行為能力,提高臨床療效。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of combination therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on vascular dementia. Methods 218 patients were divided into treatment group (n = 110) and control group (n = 108). Both groups were given basic medical treatment, while the treatment group was given comprehensive treatment of TCM (TCM syndrome differentiation, acupuncture, rehabilitation training, nursing care), while the control group was orally administered with Donepezil Hydrochloride tablets at the same time. It was increased to 10 mg after 4 weeks. Rehabilitation training and nursing were treated for 2 months in the same treatment group. Before and after treatment, the patients' cognitive function was evaluated by simple mental state test (MMSE), and the patients' behavioral ability was evaluated by Blessed behavior scale (BBS). The clinical efficacy was evaluated after treatment. Results the total effective rate of cognitive function was 68.93 in the treatment group, 57.00 in the control group, 70.87 in the treatment group and 61.00 in the control group. MMSE score and BBS score were significantly improved in both groups, and the effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group (P0.05 or P0.01). Conclusion the comprehensive therapy of TCM can significantly improve the cognitive function and behavioral ability of patients with vascular dementia and improve the clinical efficacy.
