【摘要】：目的：探討艾司西酞普蘭與帕羅西汀對抑郁癥伴廣泛性焦慮的療效和安全性。 方法：105例抑郁癥伴廣泛性焦慮的患者隨機分為艾司西酞普蘭組（實驗組）和鹽酸帕羅西汀組（對照組），分別給與艾司西酞普蘭和鹽酸帕羅西汀治療，療程6周。以漢密爾頓抑郁量表（HAMD)和漢密爾頓焦慮量表(HAMA)評定療效。 結果：治療1周后，實驗組HAND評分20.35、HAMA評分16.05，對照組HAND評分27.31、HAMA評分19.55，，實驗組評分較對照組顯著下降（P0.05）；兩組治療6周后，艾司西酞普蘭組（實驗組）HAND評分8.26、HAMA評分6.90，鹽酸帕羅西汀組（對照組）HAND評分9.64、HAMA評分7.92，均較治療前顯著下降（P0.05)。 結論：艾司西酞普蘭治療抑郁癥伴廣泛性焦慮安全、有效；與鹽酸帕羅西汀比較，起效更快，副反應更少。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the efficacy and safety of Escitalopram and paroxetine in the treatment of depression with generalized anxiety. Methods 105 patients with depression with generalized anxiety were randomly divided into two groups: the estalcitalopram group (experimental group) and paroxetine hydrochloride group (control group), which were treated with escitalopram and paroxetine hydrochloride for 6 weeks. The efficacy was evaluated by Hamilton Depression scale (Hamd) and Hamilton anxiety scale (Hama). Results: after one week of treatment, the HAND score of the experimental group was 20.35 Hama 16.05, the HAND score of the control group was 27.31 Hama 19.55, the score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P 0.05), and after 6 weeks of treatment, the scores of the two groups were significantly lower than that of the control group. The Hama score of Hama was 6.90 in the experimental group and 7.92 in the paroxetine hydrochloride group, which was significantly lower than that before treatment. Conclusion: Escitalopram is safe and effective in the treatment of depression with generalized anxiety, and has faster onset and less side effects than paroxetine hydrochloride.
