【摘要】：目的了解長沙市社區(qū)老年人輕度認(rèn)知功能障礙(MCI)損傷特點(diǎn)。方法以社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)中心為單位,整群抽取調(diào)查對象進(jìn)行面對面問卷調(diào)查,用簡明精神狀態(tài)量表(MMSE)進(jìn)行MCI篩選和認(rèn)知功能評測。結(jié)果 MCI者M(jìn)MSE平均得分為(18.98±4.62)分,正常者平均得分為(27.39±2.43)分,二者M(jìn)MSE總分和各項(xiàng)得分的差異均顯著(P0.001),且在計(jì)算、延期記憶、語言復(fù)述和理解能力上得分相差較大;除物體確認(rèn)和識別外,不同年齡MCI者M(jìn)MSE總分和各項(xiàng)得分差異均顯著(P0.05)。結(jié)論長沙市社區(qū)老年人MCI以遺忘型為主,其特點(diǎn)主要是逐漸加重的計(jì)算、延期記憶、語言理解和表達(dá)能力損傷。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the characteristics of mild cognitive impairment (MCI) injury in the elderly in Changsha community. Methods taking community health service center as the unit, cluster sampling subjects were investigated face to face, and MCI screening and cognitive function evaluation were carried out with brief mental state scale (MMSE). Results the average score of MMSE was 18.98 鹵4.62 in MCI and 27.39 鹵2.43 in normal subjects. There were significant differences in total MMSE scores and scores between the two groups (P 0.001). There were significant differences in the scores of calculation, delayed memory, language repetition and comprehension between the two groups. With the exception of object identification and recognition, there were significant differences in total MMSE scores and scores among MCI patients of different ages (P < 0.05). Conclusion the MCI of the elderly in Changsha community is mainly amnesia, which is characterized by gradual deterioration of computing, delayed memory, language understanding and expression.
