【摘要】：目的了解湖南省株洲地區(qū)農(nóng)村留守老年人抑郁水平及相關(guān)影響因素。方法采用老年抑郁量表(GDS)及社會支持量表(SSRS)對204名農(nóng)村留守老人入戶調(diào)查。結(jié)果株洲地區(qū)農(nóng)村留守老年人抑郁平均得分為(14.06±3.72)分,抑郁陽性篩查發(fā)生率為84.3%,其中77.9%為輕度抑郁,6.4%為中重度抑郁。多元逐步回歸分析發(fā)現(xiàn):生活來源、客觀支持、居住方式、年齡、性別是影響株洲地區(qū)農(nóng)村留守老人抑郁情緒的主要因素。結(jié)論株洲地區(qū)農(nóng)村留守老人抑郁情緒較重,應(yīng)進行有針對性的積極預(yù)防。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the depression level and its related factors in rural left-behind elderly in Zhuzhou, Hunan Province. Methods 204 rural left-behind elderly people were investigated by GDSs and SSRS. Results the average score of depression was 14.06 鹵3.72, and the incidence of depression positive screening was 84.3%, of which 77.9% was mild depression and 6.4% was moderate or severe depression. Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that life source, objective support, living style, age and sex were the main factors influencing depression of the rural left-behind elderly in Zhuzhou. Conclusion the depression of the elderly left behind in Zhuzhou rural areas is more serious and should be prevented actively.
