【摘要】：正5-羥色胺(5-HT)綜合征(SS)是CNS和外周神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)5-HT遞質(zhì)濃度過高所致的一種致命性藥物不良反應(yīng)。2012美國(guó)毒物暴露監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)[1]顯示,服用選擇性5-HT再攝取抑制劑(SSRIs)的人群不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率逐年升高。本病易誤診,現(xiàn)報(bào)告1例如下。1病例患者,女,62歲,因"四肢不自主抖動(dòng)2 d"于2014年10月17日入院。4 d前患者因便秘自行口服中藥(成分中
[Abstract]:Positive 5- serotonin (5-HT) syndrome (SS) is a fatal drug adverse drug adverse drug reaction (.2012) detection system of toxic drug exposure monitoring system caused by high 5-HT transmitter concentration in CNS and peripheral nervous system, [1] shows that the incidence of adverse reactions in people taking selective 5-HT reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) is increasing year by year. This disease is easy to be misdiagnosed, and 1 cases are now reported. The following.1 patients, female, aged 62, were given self medication of constipation (d) before admission to.4 D in October 17, 2014 due to "uncontrollable shaking of 2 limbs."
