家庭教養(yǎng)方式對學齡前兒童SID及訓練效果影響的研究

【摘要】:研究目的: 1.在感覺統(tǒng)合訓練的基礎(chǔ)上,通過對太原市某幼兒園3-5歲感覺統(tǒng)合失調(diào)兒童采用家庭教養(yǎng)方式的干預(yù)方法,探討家庭教養(yǎng)方式對兒童感覺統(tǒng)合能力發(fā)展的影響,并初步探索提高兒童感覺統(tǒng)合能力的綜合干預(yù)方法。 2.通過對合理的家庭教養(yǎng)方式在家庭中不能很好實施的原因及解決策略的質(zhì)性分析,探索合理家庭教養(yǎng)方式運用的條件。 研究方法: 1.調(diào)查研究:調(diào)查采用張貼海報的形式,在太原市某幼兒園招募自愿報名參加感覺統(tǒng)合訓練,并經(jīng)感覺統(tǒng)合問卷測試評定為感覺統(tǒng)合失調(diào)的3-5歲學齡前兒童60名作為研究對象,同時進行一般情況、家庭教養(yǎng)方式的問卷調(diào)查。 2.實驗研究及隨訪研究:將60名感覺統(tǒng)合失調(diào)兒童,隨機分為實驗組(30名)和對照組(30名),實驗組兒童采用感覺統(tǒng)合訓練和家庭教養(yǎng)方式的干預(yù),對照組僅采用感覺統(tǒng)合訓練。干預(yù)結(jié)束一周內(nèi),復(fù)測兒童感覺統(tǒng)合能力及家庭教養(yǎng)方式。干預(yù)結(jié)束三個月后,對研究對象干預(yù)效果進行隨訪,進行兒童感覺統(tǒng)合能力、家庭教養(yǎng)方式的問卷調(diào)查,并對家長進行訪談,獲取家長對干預(yù)效果的主觀評價。 研究結(jié)果: 1.本研究通過對60名感覺統(tǒng)合失調(diào)兒童家長進行感覺統(tǒng)合能力的問卷調(diào)查,發(fā)現(xiàn)兒童感覺統(tǒng)合失調(diào)嚴重。其中輕度失調(diào)占26.7%,重度失調(diào)占73.3%。 2.本研究通過家庭教養(yǎng)方式各維度得分與感覺統(tǒng)合的關(guān)聯(lián)性及回歸分析顯示,幼兒感覺統(tǒng)合失調(diào)與家庭教養(yǎng)方式中的溺愛型,專制性和不一致性呈顯著負相關(guān)(p<0.05)。另外,是否剖腹產(chǎn)和居住狀況等因素與幼兒感覺統(tǒng)合能力呈顯著相關(guān)(p<0.001)。 3.干預(yù)后一周內(nèi)測量結(jié)果顯示,實驗組和對照組的感覺統(tǒng)合能力較干預(yù)前均有明顯提高(p<0.001),實驗組較對照組在前庭平衡及觸覺方面提高的更明顯(p<0.05)。 4.干預(yù)后3個月對兒童感覺統(tǒng)合能力進行測量,結(jié)果顯示,在觸覺方面,綜合干預(yù)的長期效果較單純感覺統(tǒng)合訓練效果好。 5.通過質(zhì)性分析方法研究家庭教養(yǎng)方式受家長及兒童性格、家長陪伴兒童時間長短及家庭成員教養(yǎng)不一致的影響。 結(jié)論: 1.家庭教養(yǎng)方式對兒童感覺統(tǒng)合能力發(fā)展發(fā)揮著重要作用,,有針對性的對家庭教養(yǎng)方式干預(yù)對提高感覺統(tǒng)合訓練效果具有一定作用。 2.感覺統(tǒng)合訓練及綜合干預(yù)均可改善兒童感覺統(tǒng)合能力。通過綜合干預(yù),兒童的前庭平衡和觸覺方面效果顯著,另外,家庭教養(yǎng)方式的改變要綜合家長觀念與兒童、家庭環(huán)境等因素。 3.從長期效果看,家庭教養(yǎng)方式的不一致維度和專制型維度的改變對兒童感覺統(tǒng)合能力的提高有顯著影響。
[Abstract]:Purpose of study :
1 . On the basis of sensory integration training , the influence of the family rearing style on the development of sensory integration ability of children is discussed through the intervention method of family rearing pattern for children aged 3 - 5 years old in Taiyuan , and the comprehensive intervention method for improving the sensory integration ability of children is explored .
2 . To explore the conditions of the rational family rearing pattern by analyzing the reasons and the qualitative analysis of the reasonable family rearing pattern in the family .
Study method :
1 . Investigation and research : The investigation adopts the form of poster , recruit volunteers to participate in sensory integration training in a kindergarten in Taiyuan City , and test 60 children aged 3 - 5 years old with sensory integration disorder as research object through sensory integration questionnaire test , and carry out questionnaire survey of general situation and family rearing pattern .
2 . Experimental study and follow - up study : 60 sensory integrative dysfunction children were randomly divided into two groups : experimental group ( 30 ) and control group ( 30 ) .
Results of the study :
1 . In this study , the sensory integrative dysfunction of 60 children with sensory integration disorder was investigated . Among them , the sensory integrative dysfunction was severe . Among them , mild dysregulation was 26.7 % and severe dysregulation was 77.3 % .
2 . In this study , the correlation and regression analysis of the scores of each dimension and sensory integration in the family rearing pattern showed that the sensory integrative dysfunction of the young children was negatively correlated with the addiction type , the specificity and the inconsistency of the family rearing pattern ( p < 0.05 ) , and the factors of caesarean section and living condition were significantly correlated with the sensory integration ability of the young children ( p < 0.001 ) .
3 . The results showed that the sensory integration ability of the experimental group and the control group was significantly improved compared with the control group ( p & lt ; 0.001 ) , and the experimental group had higher vestibular balance and tactile sense than the control group ( p & lt ; 0.05 ) .
4 . The sensory integration ability of children was measured 3 months after intervention . The results showed that the long - term effect of comprehensive intervention was better than that of simple sensory integration .
5 . The quality analysis method is used to study the influence of the parents and children ' s character , the length of the child ' s time and the inconsistent upbringing of the family members .
Conclusion :
1 . Family rearing style plays an important role in the development of sensory integration ability of children , and has certain effect on improving sensory integration training effect .
2 . Sensory integration training and comprehensive intervention can improve the sensory integration ability of children . Through comprehensive intervention , children ' s vestibular balance and tactile effect are remarkable . In addition , the change of the mode of family rearing should be integrated with the factors such as parents ' idea and children , family environment and so on .
3 . From the long - term effect , the inconsistency dimension of the family rearing pattern and the change of the special - style dimension have a significant influence on the improvement of sensory integration ability of children .
