【摘要】：目的了解石河子市婦幼保健人員對產(chǎn)后抑郁的認知現(xiàn)狀。方法采用自行編制的問卷對355名婦幼保健人員進行調(diào)查,抽取16名婦幼保健人員進行面對面半結構訪談。結果研究對象總得分(76.01±10.332)分,對產(chǎn)后抑郁評估診斷及治療的認知得分率最低。不同年齡、文化程度、婚姻狀況、崗位、從業(yè)時間、科室、職稱的婦幼保健人員對產(chǎn)后抑郁認知狀況有差異(P0.05)。訪談結果表明,婦幼保健人員對產(chǎn)后抑郁相關知識或技能掌握不全面,對產(chǎn)后抑郁者缺乏跟蹤管理,今后開展產(chǎn)后抑郁工作的重點是預防保健。結論婦幼保健人員對產(chǎn)后抑郁的認知狀況不佳,受多種因素影響。相關部門需加強培訓,針對認知薄弱的內(nèi)容或人員重點強化,以提高婦幼保健人員對產(chǎn)后抑郁的整體認知水平,便于落實產(chǎn)后抑郁預防保健工作。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the cognition of postpartum depression among maternal and child health workers in Shihezi city. Methods 355 maternal and child health workers were investigated by self-made questionnaire, and 16 women and children health workers were selected for face-to-face semi-structured interviews. Results the total score was 76.01 鹵10.332, and the cognitive score was the lowest in the diagnosis and treatment of postpartum depression. There were significant differences in the cognition of postpartum depression among maternal and child health workers of different ages, education, marital status, post, working time, department and professional title. The interview results showed that the maternal and child health care personnel did not have comprehensive knowledge or skills about postpartum depression, and they lacked follow-up management to postpartum depression. The focus of postpartum depression work in the future was to prevent health care. Conclusion the cognitive status of maternal and child health workers on postpartum depression is poor and affected by many factors. The relevant departments need to strengthen the training and focus on the contents of weak cognition or personnel in order to improve the overall cognitive level of postpartum depression among maternal and child health workers and to facilitate the implementation of postpartum depression prevention and health care.
