【摘要】：正厄他培南(ertapenem)是廣譜碳青霉烯類抗生素,屬于不典型β-內(nèi)酰胺類抗生素,對于革蘭陽性、陰性及厭氧菌有顯著抗菌活性~([1,2]),且耐β-內(nèi)酰胺酶,可用于治療嚴重感染。很多研究~([3,4])報道了其治療社區(qū)獲得性肺炎具有很高的有效性及安全性。本文對厄他培南所致精神癥狀病例進行
[Abstract]:Ertapenemm is a broad-spectrum carbapenene antibiotic, which belongs to atypical 尾 -lactam antibiotics. It has significant antibacterial activity against Gram-positive, negative and anaerobic bacteria ([1] 2], and is resistant to 尾 -lactamases, which can be used to treat severe infection. Many studies have reported its high efficacy and safety in the treatment of community-acquired pneumonia. This paper deals with the psychiatric symptoms caused by ertapenem.
