【摘要】：目的分析阿爾茨海默病患者的血糖、血脂水平以及冠心病發(fā)生率與正常老年人的差異性。方法 46例阿爾茨海默病(AD)老年患者作為AD組,以同期行常規(guī)體檢或接受治療的46例非AD老年患者作為對照組,對比兩組納入病例資料的血糖水平、血脂水平、炎性因子及冠心病及相關(guān)疾病的發(fā)生率。結(jié)果 AD組患者空腹血糖水平、糖化血紅蛋白水平及胰島素抵抗指數(shù)均顯著高于對照組(P0.01);AD組空腹胰島素水平明顯高于對照組(P0.05)。AD組TC、TG、HDL-C均顯著高于對照組,LDL-C顯著低于對照組(均P0.05)。AD組CRP、IL-6水平均顯著高于對照組(均P0.01)。AD組患者中冠心病、高血壓及高血脂的發(fā)生率顯著高于對照組(P0.01);AD組與對照組患者中糖尿病發(fā)生率無明顯差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論 AD患者中冠心病的發(fā)生率高于普通老年人,冠心病與AD患者均具有血糖、血脂水平偏高的特征,應(yīng)引起足夠重視。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the differences of blood glucose, blood lipids and the incidence of coronary heart disease between Alzheimer's disease patients and normal elderly people. Methods 46 elderly patients with Alzheimer's disease were selected as AD group and 46 non-AD patients as control group. The blood glucose and blood lipid levels were compared between the two groups. The incidence of inflammatory factors and coronary heart disease and related diseases. Results the fasting blood glucose level in AD group, The level of glycosylated hemoglobin and insulin resistance index in AD group were significantly higher than those in control group P0.05. AD group were significantly higher than that in control group P0.05. AD group was significantly higher than that in control group, LDL-C level was significantly lower than that in control group (all P0.05).AD group was significantly higher than that in control group). In the control group (all P0.01).AD patients), coronary heart disease, The incidence of hypertension and hyperlipidemia in AD group was significantly higher than that in control group (P 0.01). There was no significant difference in the incidence of diabetes between AD group and control group (P 0.05). Conclusion the incidence of coronary heart disease in patients with AD is higher than that in the elderly. Both CAD and AD patients have the characteristics of high blood glucose and blood lipids, which should be paid more attention to.
