【摘要】：臨床觀察發(fā)現(xiàn)一部分強(qiáng)迫癥患者自知力較差甚至完全沒有自知力。本文將對(duì)強(qiáng)迫癥患者自知力的評(píng)定,自知力不良強(qiáng)迫癥患者的臨床特征,以及自知力與認(rèn)知功能、神經(jīng)生理的關(guān)系等問題的研究進(jìn)展做一綜述。
[Abstract]:Clinical observation found that some patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) had poor or no insight. This article reviews the evaluation of the cognitive ability of the patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder, the clinical characteristics of the patients with obsessive-compulsive compulsive disorder, the relationship between insight and cognitive function, and the relationship between cognitive function and neurophysiology.
