【摘要】：全球的毒品問題在近30年的時間里呈愈演愈烈之勢，全球每年有20萬人因吸食毒品而死亡，而其中絕大部分都是復(fù)吸者，他們不自主地陷入了“戒斷治療—復(fù)吸—再戒斷治療—再復(fù)吸”的怪圈中，無法戰(zhàn)勝毒品的誘惑已經(jīng)成為復(fù)吸者心中的魔魘。他們的想法、情感、生活等可能都被毒品所掩蓋，但是陰霾的背后到底有沒有什么值得我們?nèi)グl(fā)掘的呢？ 本研究通過訪談深入了解復(fù)吸者的家庭關(guān)系與生活，釋放戒毒者的個體聲音，從細節(jié)中呈現(xiàn)當(dāng)事人生活故事中的個體選擇和掙扎過程。探討戒毒者家庭成員身份與吸毒者身份的交叉和沖突，，以及他們在自我與他者互動的基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展而來的行為應(yīng)對策略。 我希望可以通過這個研究連接戒毒者機械式封閉治療與個體鮮活生活之間的斷層，也希望戒毒社工可以在能力視角與家庭生活經(jīng)驗的指導(dǎo)下，為嶄新的康復(fù)介入工作找到合適的方向。
[Abstract]:The global drug problem has been on the rise for nearly 30 years, with 200000 people dying every year from drug use, the vast majority of whom are relapse users. They involuntarily fall into the strange circle of abstinence-relapse-resuscitation-resuscitation. The temptation to overcome drugs has become a nightmare in the mind of resusciters. Their thoughts, feelings, life and so on may be concealed by drugs, but behind the haze is there anything worth exploring? In this study, we deeply understand the family relationship and life of the relapse through interviews, release the individual voice of the drug addicts, and present the individual choice and struggle process in the life story of the person concerned from the details. This paper probes into the intersection and conflict between the family membership of drug addicts and the identity of drug addicts, as well as the behavioral coping strategies developed by them on the basis of self-interaction with others. I hope that through this study, we can connect the gap between mechanically closed treatment for drug addicts and individual living life, and also hope that drug treatment social workers can be guided by ability perspective and family life experience. Find the right direction for the new rehabilitation intervention.
