【摘要】：目的探討完美主義、情緒調(diào)節(jié)方式與抑郁之間的關(guān)系。方法采用中文版Frost多維度完美主義量表(CFMPS)、情緒調(diào)節(jié)方式問(wèn)卷(ERQ)和抑郁自評(píng)量表(SDS)對(duì)250名大學(xué)生進(jìn)行施測(cè)。結(jié)果 (1)大學(xué)生完美主義、情緒調(diào)節(jié)方式與抑郁三者之間相關(guān)顯著(P均小于0.05);(2)正負(fù)性情緒增強(qiáng)型調(diào)節(jié)方式分別在大學(xué)生適應(yīng)完美主義和抑郁之間起部分中介作用,中介效應(yīng)占總效應(yīng)的比值為18.2%和31.8%;(3)正性情緒減弱型、負(fù)性情緒增強(qiáng)型調(diào)節(jié)方式在大學(xué)生適應(yīng)不良完美主義和抑郁之間起部分中介作用,中介效應(yīng)占總效應(yīng)的比值為7.1%和31.0%。結(jié)論完美主義對(duì)抑郁情緒的作用部分通過(guò)情緒調(diào)節(jié)方式來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)。此結(jié)論將為適應(yīng)不良完美主義者的抑郁情緒干預(yù)提供新視角。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the relationship between perfectionism, mood regulation and depression. Methods 250 college students were tested with the Chinese version of Frost Multidimensional perfectionism scale (Frost), emotion Adjustment style questionnaire (ERQ) and Self-Rating Depression scale (SDSs). Results 1) there were significant correlations among perfectionism, mood regulation and depression among college students (P < 0.05). Positive and negative mood enhancement mode played a part of mediating effect between perfectionism and depression respectively. The ratio of mediating effect to total effect is 18.2% and 31.80.The positive emotion weakens type, the negative emotion enhancement mode plays a part of intermediary role between maladjustment perfectionism and depression, the ratio of intermediary effect to total effect is 7.1% and 31.0%. Conclusion the effect of perfectionism on depression is partly achieved by emotional regulation. This conclusion will provide a new perspective for the depression intervention of maladjusted perfectionists.
