【摘要】：正抑郁癥是一種常見的精神障礙,是具有患病率高、自殺率高、致殘率高等特征的全球性疾病。WHO研究估計(jì),到2020年抑郁癥將將成為世界第二大負(fù)擔(dān)疾病[1-2]。隨著對(duì)抑郁癥認(rèn)識(shí)和研究的不斷深入,近年無論對(duì)抑郁癥的發(fā)病機(jī)制、歸類方式和治療方法均取得了不同程度的進(jìn)展。1抑郁癥的分類與診斷1.1分類2013年5月18日召開的美國精神病學(xué)會(huì)(APA)年會(huì)上發(fā)布美國《精神障礙診斷與統(tǒng)計(jì)手冊(cè)》第5版
[Abstract]:Positive depression is a common mental disorder. It is a global disease with high prevalence rate, high suicide rate and high disability rate. The WHO study estimates that depression will become the second largest burden disease in the world by 2020 [1-2].
