【摘要】：正血管性癡呆(VD)是指由各種腦血管疾病導致的認知功能障礙綜合征,臨床表現(xiàn)以記憶、認知功能缺損為主,可伴有語言、運動、視覺空間技能及人格障礙等癥狀。在歐美國家,VD發(fā)病人數(shù)占總癡呆人數(shù)的15%~20%,僅次于阿爾茨海默病(AD),排在第二位,而在亞洲和許多發(fā)展中國家甚至超越AD居于首位[1]。目前發(fā)現(xiàn)的VD危險因素除非血管因素如遺傳、年齡、教育水平等外,還包括諸多血管因素(尤指腦內(nèi)血管),如
