【摘要】:正硫化氫(Hydrogen sulfide,H2S)是繼NO和CO之后發(fā)現(xiàn)的又一新型氣體信號分子[1]。近20年的研究已揭示,H2S在中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)中具有重要的生理功能,如保護神經(jīng)細胞及組織免受β淀粉樣蛋白(Aβ)、脂多糖、同型半胱氨酸等引起的炎癥、細胞凋亡和氧化應激損傷等,H2S起著重要的神經(jīng)調(diào)質(zhì)和神經(jīng)保護作用。離體和在體實驗顯示,H2S水平降低導致多種代謝通路功能紊亂和細胞損害等組織病理學改變,補充外源
[Abstract]:Hydrogen sulfide (H _ 2S) is a new gas signal molecule found after no and CO [1]. In recent 20 years, it has been revealed that H2S has important physiological functions in the central nervous system, such as protecting nerve cells and tissues from inflammation caused by 尾 -amyloid A 尾, lipopolysaccharide, homocysteine, and so on. H2S plays an important role in neuromodulation and neuroprotection, such as apoptosis and oxidative stress injury. In vitro and in vivo experiments showed that the decrease of H2S level resulted in histopathological changes such as dysfunction of many metabolic pathways and cell damage.
