【摘要】：目的探討注意缺陷多動(dòng)障礙(attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,ADHD)兒童的認(rèn)知功能損害特征。方法應(yīng)用威斯康星卡片分類(lèi)測(cè)驗(yàn)(Wisconsin Card Sorting Test,WCST)分別對(duì)注意缺陷多動(dòng)障礙兒童組(ADHD組)和正常兒童對(duì)照組(HC組)的認(rèn)知功能進(jìn)行神經(jīng)心理學(xué)測(cè)試。結(jié)果威斯康星卡片分類(lèi)測(cè)驗(yàn)中5項(xiàng)指標(biāo):完成分類(lèi)數(shù)(Categories control,CC)、錯(cuò)誤應(yīng)答數(shù)(Responses Errors,Re)、概念化水平(Rfp)、持續(xù)性錯(cuò)誤數(shù)(Preservative Errors,Rpe)、持續(xù)性應(yīng)答數(shù)(Preservative Responses,Rp),在注意缺陷多動(dòng)障礙兒童組與正常對(duì)照組的比較顯示,其差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05或0.01);經(jīng)兩兩比較不同亞型注意缺陷多動(dòng)障礙組的WCST 5項(xiàng)指標(biāo),其差異亦具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05或0.01)。結(jié)論注意缺陷多動(dòng)障礙兒童存在一定程度的認(rèn)知功能損害;不同亞型注意缺陷多動(dòng)障礙兒童的認(rèn)知功能損害程度有所不同。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the characteristics of cognitive impairment in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (deficit hyperactivity ADHD).Methods the cognitive function of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and control group (HC) were tested by Wisconsin Card Sorting Test (WCT).Results in the Wisconsin card sorting test, five indicators were completed: complete categories control / CCT, error response / responses / responses / errors / reps, conceptualization level / Rfp/ /, persistent error / error / / / RpeP, persistent response / reservation / response / RpP, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder children and normal / normal children.The comparison of the group showed thatThe difference was statistically significant (P0.05 or 0.01), and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05 or 0.01) between two groups with different subtypes of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).Conclusion Children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder have some cognitive impairment, and different subtypes of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder children have different degree of cognitive impairment.
