【摘要】：目的通過考察個體在不同工作記憶負載條件產(chǎn)生的注意引導效應,探究抑郁癥患者與正常對照工作記憶容量的差異,了解抑郁癥患者工作記憶缺損的特點。方法采用視覺工作記憶任務和視覺搜索任務相結合的雙任務范式,評估注意引導效應,比較24例首發(fā)未用藥的輕中度抑郁癥患者以及24例正常對照在無效條件和控制條件下的反應時。結果低記憶負載時兩組無效條件和控制條件反應時差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.01),兩組都有注意引導效應;高記憶負載時,抑郁組無效條件和控制條件反應時差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),注意引導效應消失。在高記憶負載時,抑郁組無效條件記憶正確率與控制條件記憶正確率的差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.01)。結論與正常對照相比,抑郁癥患者的工作記憶容量較小,工作記憶執(zhí)行功能受損可能體現(xiàn)在注意轉換困難上。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the individual guidance effect of load conditions in different working memory attention, explore differences depression patients and normal control of working memory capacity, understand the characteristics of working memory impairment in patients with depression. Methods using the dual task paradigm of visual working memory task and a visual search task of combining the evaluation guide effect, 24 cases of first-episode medication in patients with mild to moderate depression patients and 24 normal controls in the invalid condition and control the reaction time under the low memory load. The results of two groups of invalid conditions and control conditions of reaction, the difference was statistically significant (P0.01), the two groups have guide effect; high memory load, there was no significant difference in depression group is invalid conditions and control conditions of reaction time (P0.05), pay attention to guiding effect disappeared. In the high memory load, depression group invalid condition accuracy and memory control The difference between the accuracy rate of the conditional memory was statistically significant (P0.01). Conclusion compared with the normal control, the working memory capacity of the depressed patients is relatively small, and the executive function impairment of working memory may be reflected in the difficulty of attention transformation.
