【摘要】：合并癥能夠影響疾病的防治及預(yù)后,對臨床治療意義重大。慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)伴隨多種合并癥,焦慮抑郁是其常見的合并癥之一,尤其在其急性發(fā)作期表現(xiàn)突出。從AECOPD合并焦慮抑郁的流行病學(xué)、危險(xiǎn)因素、發(fā)病機(jī)制及臨床治療進(jìn)行概述,以期指導(dǎo)臨床、完善AECOPD的治療體系。
[Abstract]:Complications can affect the prevention, treatment and prognosis of the disease, which is of great significance for clinical treatment.Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is accompanied by many complications, anxiety and depression is one of the most common complications, especially in the acute phase.The epidemiology, risk factors, pathogenesis and clinical treatment of AECOPD with anxiety and depression were summarized in order to guide the clinical practice and improve the treatment system of AECOPD.
