【摘要】：目的探討青少年適應(yīng)性對(duì)抑郁癥狀的影響,為保障青少年心理健康提供依據(jù)。方法于2015年3月,采用分層整群抽樣方法,抽取蘇州市12所中學(xué)初一至高三的學(xué)生2 902人為調(diào)查對(duì)象,由學(xué)生本人獨(dú)立填寫自制社會(huì)人口學(xué)特征表、青少年適應(yīng)量表(修訂版)和精神癥狀自評(píng)量表(SCL-90),當(dāng)場(chǎng)回收問(wèn)卷。應(yīng)用EXCEL 2010和Epi Data 3.10進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)整理,應(yīng)用SPSS 18.0軟件進(jìn)行單因素及多因素logistic回歸分析。結(jié)果單因素分析中,年齡、年級(jí)、是否入學(xué)新生、父母外出工作情況、情緒適應(yīng)、社會(huì)適應(yīng)、學(xué)習(xí)生活適應(yīng)是青少年抑郁癥狀發(fā)生的影響因素,OR(95%CI)分別為1.815(1.531~2.151),3.334(2.421~4.592)、3.217(2.324~4.453)、3.593(2.625~4.918)、2.992(2.169~4.127)、2.204(1.588~3.059),0.739(0.621~0.880),2.071(1.677~2.557),0.847(0.826~0.869),0.836(0.815~0.858),0.833(0.811~0.856);性別、家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況、成長(zhǎng)環(huán)境對(duì)青少年抑郁癥狀的發(fā)病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的影響無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。多因素logistic回歸分析結(jié)果顯示,性別、年級(jí)、家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況、父母婚姻狀況、父母外出工作情況、情緒適應(yīng)、社會(huì)適應(yīng)、學(xué)習(xí)生活適應(yīng)是青少年抑郁癥狀的影響因素(P0.05)。結(jié)論青少年適應(yīng)性越好患抑郁癥狀的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)越小,是抑郁癥狀的保護(hù)因素。
