【摘要】：目的探討阿爾茨海默病(AD)患者血液物理指數(shù)與血漿淀粉樣變水平之間的相關(guān)性。方法按照NINCDS-ADRDA標(biāo)準(zhǔn)臨床診斷AD患者30例,年齡、性別與AD匹配的非癡呆健康對照組人群30例,硫磺素T(Thioflavin T,ThT)法測定血漿淀粉樣變熒光強(qiáng)度,LBY-N6A血流變儀測定血漿全血黏度、血漿濃度、血沉、紅細(xì)胞壓積、全血高切相對指數(shù)、全血低切相對指數(shù)、血沉方程k值、紅細(xì)胞聚集指數(shù)、全血低切還原黏度、全血高切還原黏度、紅細(xì)胞剛性指數(shù)、紅細(xì)胞變形指數(shù)TK十五項物理參數(shù),SDS-PAGE電泳考馬斯亮藍(lán)蛋白染色結(jié)合SDS-PAGE電泳抗A抗體免疫反應(yīng),觀察血漿Aβ蛋白的分布,相關(guān)分析血液物理指數(shù)與淀粉樣變熒光強(qiáng)度。結(jié)果 AD患者血漿淀粉樣變熒光強(qiáng)度和全血黏度(高切部分)明顯高于對照組(P0.05),全血黏度值、紅細(xì)胞比容、全血高切相對指數(shù)、全血低切相對指數(shù)與血漿淀粉樣變水平呈正相關(guān)性。結(jié)論血漿物理指數(shù)全血黏度(高切部分)與血漿淀粉樣變水平相關(guān),改變血漿物理指數(shù)有可能有助于改善AD患者血液狀態(tài)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the correlation between blood physical index and plasma amyloidosis level in patients with Alzheimer's disease (AD).Methods 30 patients with AD were diagnosed according to NINCDS-ADRDA standard, 30 healthy controls were matched with AD by age and sex. Plasma whole blood viscosity and plasma concentration were measured by plasma amyloidosis fluorescence intensity and plasma plasma amyloidosis fluorescence intensity and plasma concentration by LBY-N6A hemorheometer.ESR, hematocrit, whole blood high shear relative index, whole blood low shear relative index, ESR equation k value, erythrocyte aggregation index, whole blood low shear reduction viscosity, whole blood high shear reduction viscosity, erythrocyte rigidity index,Erythrocyte deformability index (TK) was measured by SDS-PAGE gel electrophoresis with Coomassie brilliant blue protein staining combined with anti-A antibody immunoreaction by SDS-PAGE electrophoresis. The distribution of A 尾 protein in plasma was observed. The correlation analysis was made between the blood physical index and the intensity of amyloid fluorescence.Results the plasma amyloidosis fluorescence intensity and whole blood viscosity (high shear part) in AD patients were significantly higher than those in the control group (P 0.05), the whole blood viscosity, the specific volume of erythrocytes and the whole blood high shear relative index were significantly higher than those in the control group.There was a positive correlation between whole blood low shear relative index and plasma amyloidosis level.Conclusion the whole blood viscosity (high shear part) of plasma physical index is correlated with the level of plasma amyloidosis, and the change of plasma physical index may help to improve the blood status of AD patients.
