【摘要】：通過問卷調(diào)查法和試驗法探討運動處方和心理輔導對大學生網(wǎng)絡成癮的影響。結(jié)果:運動處方和心理輔導干預后,網(wǎng)絡成癮者擺脫了網(wǎng)癮狀態(tài);網(wǎng)絡成癮者心理指標中軀體化、強迫癥狀、敵對等3項因子經(jīng)過干預恢復到了正常,而精神病性、人際關(guān)系等因子需要進一步干預;運動處方和心理輔導明顯改善了網(wǎng)絡成癮大學生的體適能健康指標BMI、引體向上、坐位體前屈和最大攝氧量。提示運動干預和心理輔導的結(jié)合是有益于網(wǎng)癮戒除的,在幫助戒除網(wǎng)癮的基礎上增強了學生體質(zhì),是大學生網(wǎng)絡成癮戒除的有效手段。
[Abstract]:The effects of exercise prescription and psychological counseling on internet addiction of college students were investigated by questionnaire and experiment.Results: after the intervention of exercise prescription and psychological counseling, the Internet addicts got rid of the Internet addiction, and the psychological indexes of the Internet addicts were somatization, compulsive symptoms, hostility and so on, which returned to normal after intervention, but psychosis, psychosis, etc.Other factors such as interpersonal relationships need further intervention; exercise prescriptions and psychological counseling significantly improved the physical fitness health index of Internet addicted college students BMI-induced upward sitting position forward flexion and maximal oxygen uptake.It is suggested that the combination of exercise intervention and psychological counseling is beneficial to the withdrawal of Internet addiction, which strengthens students' physique on the basis of helping them to quit Internet addiction, and is an effective means for college students to abstinence from internet addiction.
