【摘要】：精神分裂癥(Schizophrenia, SZ)以及抑郁癥(Major Depressive Disorder, DE)等神經(jīng)精神疾病患者常表現(xiàn)出空間工作記憶能力以及注意力的顯著下降。對(duì)于患者空間工作記憶能力以及注意力方面能力的判斷和評(píng)價(jià)目前還主要依托于傳統(tǒng)的一些測(cè)試以及醫(yī)護(hù)人員的個(gè)人判斷。通常傳統(tǒng)的問(wèn)答式的測(cè)試需要較長(zhǎng)的時(shí)間，耗費(fèi)了大量的人力物力且影響因素多，不可控因素大。為此，基于中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)的九宮格，我們?cè)O(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)新型測(cè)試，用以檢測(cè)空間工作記憶能力以及注意力水平(Spatial Working Memory and Attention Test on Paired Symbols，SWAPS)。本測(cè)試由101道題目組成，全程持續(xù)僅幾分鐘。為驗(yàn)證本測(cè)試的準(zhǔn)確性以及實(shí)用性，我們測(cè)試了59名精神分裂癥患者、24名抑郁癥患者以及130名精神健康的志愿者。本文中測(cè)試的相關(guān)的精神健康的志愿者年齡范圍為12到60歲。我們按照年齡分段的測(cè)試結(jié)果分析顯示，精神健康的人群在20-26歲時(shí)會(huì)出現(xiàn)空間工作記憶能力和注意力的巔峰階段，而后隨著年齡的增長(zhǎng)，，這兩項(xiàng)能力開(kāi)始緩慢的下降。有趣的是，精神分裂癥患者的測(cè)試結(jié)果分析顯示，他們并沒(méi)有呈現(xiàn)出與精神健康的正常人一樣的神經(jīng)發(fā)育高峰，也沒(méi)有呈現(xiàn)出與正常人一樣的隨著年齡變化的趨勢(shì)。并且在對(duì)于同齡的精神神經(jīng)疾病患者(抑郁癥和精神分裂癥患者)和正常人的對(duì)比中，我們發(fā)現(xiàn)，成年的精神神經(jīng)疾病患者的測(cè)試結(jié)果明顯比正常人差，說(shuō)明精神神經(jīng)疾病的成年患者確實(shí)在空間記憶力以及注意力方面有一定功能上的缺失和傷害。
[Abstract]:Patients with neuropsychiatric disorders such as Schizophrenia (SZ) and Major Depressive Disorder (DED) often showed a significant decline in spatial working memory and attention.At present, the judgment and evaluation of patients' spatial working memory ability and attention ability are mainly based on some traditional tests and personal judgment of medical staff.The traditional question-and-answer test usually takes a long time, consumes a lot of manpower and material resources, has a lot of influence factors, and has a lot of uncontrollable factors.Therefore, based on the traditional H5 home page in China, we designed a new type of test to detect spatial Working Memory and Attention Test on Paired symbols.This test consists of 101 questions and lasts only a few minutes.To verify the accuracy and practicability of this test, we tested 59 schizophrenics and 24 depression patients and 130 mental health volunteers.The relevant mental health volunteers tested in this paper ranged in age from 12 to 60 years.Our age-disaggregated analysis showed that mentally healthy people experienced peak levels of spatial working memory and attention at the age of 20-26, and then began to decline slowly as they grew older.Interestingly, an analysis of the results of tests in schizophrenic patients showed that they did not exhibit the same neurodevelopmental peaks as healthy people, nor did they show the same trends as normal people with age.And in comparison of the same age patients with psychiatric disorders (depression and schizophrenia) and normal people, we found that adults with psychiatric disorders had significantly worse test results than normal people.It shows that adult patients with mental neuropathy do some functional impairment and injury in spatial memory and attention.
