【摘要】：目的探討奧氮平對兒童精神分裂癥(COS)患者糖脂代謝、肝功能及泌乳素水平的影響,為臨床用藥提供參考。方法選取38例COS患者(13~17歲)進(jìn)行為期至少2周的奧氮平治療,比較治療前、后患者的體質(zhì)量、丙氨酸氨基轉(zhuǎn)氨酶(ALT)、天門冬酸氨基轉(zhuǎn)氨酶(AST)、總膽固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、血糖(GLU)、泌乳素(PRL)的變化。結(jié)果服藥治療后患兒的體質(zhì)量明顯增加,平均增加(3.50±1.90)kg(P0.01)。治療后患兒的ALT、AST、TC、TG、PRL均高于治療前(P0.05)。但是治療前、后血糖比較差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P=0.598)。治療前后體質(zhì)量的變化與ALT、AST水平呈正相關(guān)(r=0.366、0.377,P0.05);而治療前、后患兒的PRL與體質(zhì)量的改變則呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.432,P0.01)。結(jié)論奧氮平可以導(dǎo)致COS患者的體質(zhì)量增加,ALT、AST、TC、TG、PRL水平升高。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effects of olanzapine on glucose and lipid metabolism, liver function and prolactin level in children with schizophrenia.Methods 38 COS patients aged 1317 years were treated with olanzapine for at least 2 weeks.The changes of alanine aminotransferase (alt), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TGN), blood glucose (GLU), prolactin (PRL).Results after taking medicine, the body weight of the children increased obviously, and the average increase was 3.50 鹵1.90 kg / kg P 0.01g / L.After treatment, the PRL of the patients with alt ASTN TGG was higher than that of the patients before treatment (P 0.05).However, there was no significant difference in blood glucose before and after treatment (P < 0. 598).Before and after treatment, there was a positive correlation between the changes of body mass and the level of alt AST, and a negative correlation between the changes of PRL and body mass before and after treatment, and a negative correlation between the changes of PRL and body weight before and after treatment.Conclusion olanzapine can increase the body mass of patients with COS.
