【摘要】:目的:運用動脈自旋標記成像對青少年網(wǎng)絡游戲癮(IGA)患者的腦血流量(CBF)改變進行研究。方法:18名IGA及17名健康被試進行MRI掃描,進行基于體素的兩組CBF比較。運用陳氏網(wǎng)絡成癮量表評分(CIAS)與18名IGA被試的全腦各區(qū)域的CBF值進行相關分析。結果:IGA組右側顳上回、右側額眶回、右側豆狀核、左側扣帶回、左側豆狀核/海馬旁回、左側顳中回、左側中央前回、腦干左側和左側直回較對照組CBF明顯增高;右側顳上回CBF值與CI AS評分負相關。結論:本研究通過ASL技術無創(chuàng)地對IGA被試腦灌注改變進行了定量分析,實驗結果驗證了IGA作為一種行為成癮,與物質成癮可能具有相似的神經(jīng)生物學機制的假說。
[Abstract]:Aim: to study the changes of cerebral blood flow (CBF) in patients with internet game addiction (IGA) by arterial spin labeling imaging.Methods MRI scans were performed in 18 IGA subjects and 17 healthy subjects. CBF was compared between the two groups based on voxel.Using Chen's Internet Addiction scale (iad) score, the correlation analysis was made between the CBF values of 18 subjects with IGA in all regions of the brain.Results CBF in the right superior temporal gyrus, right frontal orbital gyrus, right lentiform nucleus, left cingulate gyrus, left lentiform nucleus / pariprahippocampal gyrus, left middle temporal gyrus, left central pregyrus, left left and left straight gyrus of brain stem were significantly higher than those in the control group.The CBF of right superior temporal gyrus was negatively correlated with CI as score.Conclusion: the brain perfusion changes of IGA subjects were quantitatively analyzed by ASL technique, and the results confirmed the hypothesis that IGA, as a behavioral addiction, may have similar neurobiological mechanism with substance addiction.
